知识点疑惑描述：
Payment is to be made in the currency of USD. The Buyer shall with seven (7) days of the signing of the contract pay 50% of the value of the contract $90,000.00 by T/T.
50% of the contact value, $45,000.00, will be paid before the shipment by T/T or L/C. 50% of the value of the contract $90,000.00 is due 45 days after the delivery from the Seller.

有些时候做L/C也未尝不可,只要是信誉较好的银行,没有什么苛刻的条款就行. 省的为个付款方式就僵持着N天.
有些时候对于不同的客户,如果感觉不好,最好还是咬住T/T不放比较好,毕竟做生意最重要的是要收到钱,而不是只发货.

T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)电汇,是指汇出行应汇款人申请,拍发加押电报\电传或SWIFT给在另一国家的分行或代理行(即汇入行)指示解付一定金额给收款人的一种汇款方式.
LC 是 LETTER OF CREDIT 信用证
T/T与L/C的区别
(1)在T/T方式下，进口商不需向银行申请开发信用证，有关于信用证部分的流程都可省去。
(2)出口商在办完报关等手续后，不再采用&押汇&方式向银行交付单据，而是在&单据列表&页面中直接将单据送进口商。
(3)进口商收到单据可直接办理相关手续，可销货收回资金后再付款给进口商。
(4)进口商付款后，银行才能通知出口商结汇。
D/P叫做付款交单,就是进口商付了货款以后代收行才会把相关的单证给你,D/A叫做承兑交单(一般会有个期限),就是进口商做向银行保证在多少天内会付款,银行就会给你提单了.理论上风险当然是做D/A大一些,因为D/A下进口商只要答应银行在汇票到期时付款就可以了,但只不过是个承诺,万一进口商不想付了,你也没什么办法.在实际操作中,D/P和D/A的风险都差不多.比如D/P AFTER 30 DAYS和D/A的性质就一样了,进口商会向代收行出具&信托收据&(TRUST RECEIPT)先向银行借出提单提货,这叫做&付款交单凭信托收据借货(D/P.TR),这样一来和D/A没什么实际区别了,还有些国家,会按照&本国惯例&操作,比如芬兰,伊朗等,就是货到付款,这样一来又和D/A一样了.

遇到几个棘手的问题。
一直知道孟加拉国信誉不好，信用证没有接触过，求救于各位大虾，帮我翻译一下。
并且告诉我需要注意哪些地方。

Documents required:
Singed commercial invoice in octuplicate certifying merchandise to be of “china”origin.L/C authorization from NO.DBBL/ID -35254,IRC NO.BA-0224813,H.S.code
No.90 must appear on the invoice and packing list.
Air way bill showing flight number endorsed by the carrier or their agent with dispatch date marked “Freight collect”and evidencing consigned to ourselves (L/C issuing bank) notifying the applicant and us.
Beneficiary’s certificate to the effect that goods supplied arestrictly&&as per relevant invoice of this L/C and conditions thereof have been fully complied with.
Certificate regarding country of origin to be issued by the concened government agency /approved authority/authority/organization of the exporting country certifying that the merchandise are of “china ”origin must accompany the shipping document .
Packing should be in export standard air worthy export packing .a certificate to this effect from the beneficiary must accompany the shipping documents.
Shipping company certificate. shipment and transshipment&&on Israeli air lines prohibited and a certificate to this effect from the concerned shipping line or their agent must accompany the shipping document.
Certificate issued by the beneficiary alongwith courier receipt to the effect that
One set of non-negotiable document has been sent to the applicant directly by courier within
7 days after shipment of goods.
Detailed packing list requirement in 06 (six)copies
Draft in duplicate drawn on us (dutch –bangla bank limited ,uttara banch dhaka)quoting our L/C
Number and date.
Additional conditions:
Beneficiary must certify on invoice that quantity ,quality, rate, packing and all other detail of goods are in accordance with the above&&proforma&&invoice.
Through short form ,blank back and charter party clause combined transport stale airway bill are not acceptable.
All documents must be prepared in English.
Documents must not be dated earlier to the dated of issuance of this L/C
Applicant’s name,address and tin NO.222-200-6961 must be clearly mentioned in irremovable ink
On the outer side of at least 2 pct .of the packet /package/box/container(which one is appropriate and largest ) and a certificate to this.effect must accompany shipping document for negotiation.
L/C number and date must be quote on all shipping document .
House air way bill must be quoted flight number and date.
Beneficiary phone NO.086-,fex NO.086-
Our payment settlement charges for USD50.00 will be deducted from the drawing amount at the time of payment is effected .
Insurance covered locally .particulars of shipment to be advised direct to .federal insurance co.,ltd,uttara banch,56 ,A.H (IST FLOOR),road NO.02,sector NO.03 AZAMPUR ,UTTARA ,DHAKA-1230,BANGLADESH (phone no.880-2-8913815),to us (L/C ISSUING BANK ) and to the applicant quoting cover note no.fic/utb/mc-2 dated .16-10-2012 giving full details of shipment . a copy of this advice must accompany the shipping document.
Details of charge: all bank charge outside Bangladesh will be borne by beneficiary
Period for presentation :15 days from the date of shipment
Confirmation instructions :without.

Documents containing any discrepancy must not be negotiated even against guarantee or under reserve without our prior approval but may be sent on collection basis.
Upon receipt of documents&&complying the terms and condition of the L/C ,we shall cover you in accordance with your onstruction.

This advice constitutes a documentary credit issued by the above bank and should by presented with the document /drafts for negotiation /payment/acceptance, as applicable.

各位大虾, 请教.后100%TT出货后30天付清全款, 怎么翻译------此方式中提单如何操作呢? 提单是直接寄给客户吗? 这样操作工厂岂不是没有一点掌控权了.
是不是可以写成100%TT against the Copy of B/L&&见提单付款,这样比较安全一点呢?

楼主是哪里的客户，如果是货后付款的话，那么风险是很大的，建议做国际保理或者投出口信用保险来保证货款的安全. 可以随时交流

这种方式同赊销没有什么区别，风险很高，不知道lz的客人是哪里的，如果是美加地区的可以考虑保理，如果是二、三类高风险国家的，建议投保出口信用保险
