这个条款要求在空运单上填写收货人:开证行名称FOR ACCOUNT OF 开证申请人的名称和地址及联系方式这种条款不太好恍夕丰轿莶计机韶,最好是FREIGHT PREPAID,运费还必须由发货人承担. 万一对方不付运费,具体应该按照信用证的开证申请人条款的内容照抄
