　　当今社会是一个经济迅猛发展的时代，想要完美的实现人生价值，成为一个优秀的财务人也是一个不二的选择。那么，怎么在财会界实现自己的人生价值呢?高顿财经CMA小编认为你一定要有一张具有含金量的证书来傍身，例如CMA。拥有了CMA证书以后，你可以做以下7件事：
　　1、带领你顺利适应财会职场
　　大学生完成CMA考试以后，可以考虑从事一些基础的财务岗位工作。比如：往来会计(主要运用资金计划，资金预算工具，控制工具等)开展针对企业和的跟踪、计划、预测和控制工作，具有思维以后，你从一开始就不同于一般的企业会计人员，获得提升的速度自然也就更快。除此以外，大学生朋友其实还可以有其他很多选择，比如适合财会初级人员的一些岗位：成本预算专员、管理专员、专员、专员(负责企业流程整理、文档化、流程图记录整理等工作)。
　　2、央企培养CMA人才不遗余力
　　中国各大央企热心于培养CMA人才，自从央企实行EVA考核以来，央企的考核评价体系发生了本质性的变化，越来越多的国有企业高层深感传统财务人员无法助力EVA考核，他们需要更多关注企业绩效增长的管理会计人才推动企业绩效增长，央企带头培养CMA人才，为整个社会、为各种类型的企业深深植入了管理会计CMA人才不可多得的理念，他们纷纷伸出橄榄枝，以高薪+高职向CMA人才投怀送抱，但始终无法招到CMA人才，CMA人才在中国真是一才难求。
　　3、国有大中型企业任职受欢迎。
　　大型企业将会是持有CMA证书的学员不错的选择。现在有不少大型企业要求财务部的管理层有管理会计资质，一些国企单位还有财务部。这些都需要大量的管理会计师填补。虽然在企业中还会运用到管理会计师的知识，但是一个有会计经验的却是极为受欢迎的。国内的企业财务起薪一般不会很高，刚毕业一般第一年的起薪在5-8万元，但是对于拥有CMA证书的持证人来说，职业发展速度会非常快，而且薪资的涨幅也会很大，按照国内上市的公司公布的显示，很多财务总监或经理的年薪大部分均达到30万。
　　即普华永道、毕马威、德勤、安永。它们的工资都不高，相对于繁杂的工作量可能有些不值得，但名声很好，工作3-5年后出国读商学院或转入其他外企的希望很大，因此有&人才跳板&之称。&四大&有和咨询两种职位，但是在2002年审计丑闻之后，大部分咨询业务被剥离出来，目前咨询职位比较难以获得。但是如果已经是CMA持证人，入职四大会计事务所，年薪一般会比未持证人高20%左右，随着你的工作时限的增加，如果成为合伙人，薪酬将会无法估量，百万年薪在四大合伙人中非常普通。
　　5、外资咨询公司
　　特指麦肯锡、贝恩、波士顿咨询集团、摩立特集团、美世、艾森哲等海外一流咨询公司，其中可分为管理咨询、投资咨询、人力资源咨询、市场咨询、技术咨询等多个板块。
　　咨询公司工资差距比较大，但工作3-5年都能有很大幅度的涨薪，资深咨询师工资不下于家。在咨询公司申请美国顶级商学院基本都能成功，而且MBA毕业后前途更宽广。
　　6、工资高
　　CMA持证者全球平均年薪15.5万美金!CMA是以强化企业内部，实现企业经济效益最大化为最终目的，综合各种财务信息、非财务信息，围绕成本、利润、资本三个中心，结合各种经济规律，实现对经济过程的预测、决策、规划、控制、绩效考评的职能,而非一般的，他们的工作是管理和决策而非记录与核算。它代表这决策层对您的认可!高顿财经CMA提醒适合考CMA证书的人群十分广泛，尤其适合从事财务会计、财务分析、、、管理咨询等职业的专业人士。此外，由于管理会计是注重企业经营决策，因此企业的中高层管理者以及信息管理方面的人士也都可以考取这个证书。
