通过对食品物流安全问题的研究和分析，能够推进食品物流业的现代化进程，防止质量合格的食品在流通的过程中腐败、变质、受到污染，这不仅对国家和社会的稳定起到根基作用，同时推动食品物流行业的高速发展，在满足消费者对食品高质量需求的同时，提高食品企业、食品物流企业乃至于整个食品行业的综合竞争能力。
本文通过分析我国食品物流的安全现状，找出其中存在的问题，并借鉴西方的成功经验，提出相应的解决方法，旨在全方位提高食品物流的工作质量，减少食品物流安全的隐患，为食品物流的安全提供有效保证。
