应该是系统文件有损坏，或者之前root过的原因。如果是之前root过，可以取消root后，再使用在线升级，之前没有删除系统文件的话，是可以这么做的。除此之外，就是手动升级固件包了。荣耀3c的机型比较多，你可以根据自己的机型，在官网上找到对应的稳定版系统包，链接是这个：&。下载后，将固件包存入sd卡里，放入手机。开机后，先最好文件和资料的备份，选择恢复出厂设置。进入“设置”菜单，选择“手机升级”-&“系统软件更新”-&“本地升级”。如果不行的话，可以在关机状态下，按电源键和音量上键，进recovery，双清后，选择从sd卡刷入。注意升级过程比较慢，之前要保证手机的电量充足，避免异常断电，升级过程中也不要操作手机。
