哦，看您的情况还不要紧。这个是II度I型房室传导阻滞，也叫做文氏型房室传导阻滞。心电图上是R-R不规则。各个P-R间期进行性延长，最后，出现QRS脱漏一次，并重复周期性的出现。 也就是说心脏正常是窦房结发出信号，下传到心房，心房到房室交界处稍微停顿一下，然后再继续传导到心室，你在心房下传房室交界处到心室的时候稍微发生了一点阻碍，比正常停顿的多了些，并且这个停顿周期性的累积性的加长，最后终于有一个心脏搏动只有心房波，而心室波脱漏了。然后又这样周而复始的出现。这个危险不危险一般说来要看你阻滞的部位了，一般说来多数的II度I型房室传导阻滞，阻滞部位比较高，都在房室结部位，这个比较安全所以一般还不必着急的。但是如果阻滞部位在希氏束或者希氏束以下，那么就比较麻烦，是会有突然发生严重的心脏房室传导阻滞的可能性的，所以那样的话可能需要植入起搏器保护了，但是从您的心电图上看，这个可能性基本上比较小，因为如果那样QRS是多数要加宽的，要超过0.12秒了，而您的QRS时限 0.08秒，是完全在正常范围内的。所以这个就不要紧。另外，房室传导阻滞的原因也很重要，有的时候健康人，特别是运动员，在迷走神经兴奋时候，比如深夜就常常也会出现这个II度I型房室传导阻滞的，那么这样的就根本无需多虑了。所以你必须看看有没有什么导致出现这个的原因，目前不需要针对这个进行什么治疗的。如果有什么导致的病因，那么就应该是针对病因治疗，而不是着急对于这个治疗。另外，也没有什么好的药物针对这个治疗的，要么就是起搏器，但是起搏器是针对有危险的房室传导阻滞，您不是，所以那些某些医生自己随意应用的药物，我看就不必要用了
