海运常见附加费
常见海运附加费的介绍  由于船舶、货物、港口及其它方面的种种原因,使得船方在运输货物时增加费用开支或蒙受经济损失,船方为补偿这些开支或损失,除基本费率外,规定另外收取的费用,就叫附加费(Surcharge或Additional)。附加费种类繁多,而且随着一些情况的改变,会取消或制订新的附加费。 以下是一些常见的附加费类别,供您参考:  燃油附加费(Bunker Surcharge or Bunker Adjustment Factor , 缩写是BAF)  货币贬值附加费(Devaluation Surcharge or Currency Adjustment Factor , 缩写是CAF)  绕航附加费 (Deviation Surcharge)  苏伊士运河附加费 (Suez Canal Surcharge)  转船附加费 (Transhipment Surcharge)  直航附加费 (Direct Additional)  港口附加费 (Port Surcharge)  港口拥挤附加费 (Port Congestion Surcharge)  超重附加费 (Heavy-Lift Additional)  超长附加费 (Long Length Additional)  洗舱费 (Cleaning Charge)  熏蒸费 (Fumigation Charge)  冰冻附加费 (Ice Surcharge)  选择卸货港附加费 (Optional Fees or Optional Additional)  变更卸货港附加费 (Alteration Charge) 1、BAF 燃油附加费,大多数航线都有,但标准不一。 2、SPS 上海港口附加费(船挂上港九区、十区) 3、FAF 燃油价调整附加费(日本航线专用)  4、YAS 日元升值附加费(日本航线专用)  5、GRI 综合费率上涨附加费,一般是南美航线、美国航线使用  6、DDC、IAC 直航附加费,美加航线使用  7、IFA 临时燃油附加费,某些航线临时使用  8、PTF 巴拿马运河附加费,美国航线、中南美航线使用  9、ORC 本地出口附加费,和SPS类似,一般在华南地区使用  10、EBS、EBA部分航线燃油附加费的表示方式,EBS一般是澳洲航线使用,EBA一般 是非洲航线、中南美航线使用  11、PCS 港口拥挤附加费,一般是以色列、印度某些港口及中南美航线使用  12、PSS 旺季附加费,大多数航线在运输旺季时可能临时使用

国际贸易运输中,海运费用都有哪些?如何报价?
班轮承运人根据运输契约完成货物运输后,从托运人那里取得的报酬,由基本运费和附加费两部份构成。基本运费是班轮公司为一般货物在航
线上各基本港口间进行运输所规定的运价;附加费是班轮公司承运一些需要特殊处理的货物 ,或者由于燃油、货币及港口等原因收取的附加费
,如超重附加费、超长附加费、选卸附加费、直航附加费、转船附加费、港口附加费、燃油附加费等。
基本运费的计收标准有:
1)按货物实际重量计收运费,一般以每公吨为计费单位,故称重量吨(Weight ton),运价表中用“W”表示。
2)按货物的体积/容积计收,一般以一立方米为计费单位,故称尺码吨(Measurement ton),运价表中用“M”表示。
3)按重量或体积计收,由船公司选择其中较高者作为计费吨,运价表中以“W/M”表示。
4)按商品FOB价格的一定百分比(一般不超过5%)计收,即从价运费,运价表内用“A.V.”或“Ad.Val.”表示。
另外,在班轮运价表中还有下列计收标准:“W/M or Ad.Val.”及“W/M plus Ad.Val.”。前者表示运费按照货物重量体积或价值三者较

6)由货主和船公司临时议定,又称议价(Open Rate),在运价表中以“Open”表示。这种方式通常是在承运粮食、豆类、矿石、煤炭等运量
大、货价低、装卸速度要求快的农副产品和矿产品时采用。
