苹果iphone有两种系统一种是ios6和ios7，操作都是一样的，小编亿iPhone4s为例教大家还原恢复出厂设置。
提示：还原iphone出厂设置之前记得对手机数据进行备份，恢复出厂设置会删除手机中有所用户自定义的安装数据，包括电话联系人，安装的软件，短信，照片等。
iPhone4恢复出厂设置有两个办法：一、iPhone系统里的还原设置；二、通过电脑上的iTunes软件恢复。
一、iPhone系统里的还原设置
1.在桌面点击&设置&找到&通用&，点击打开（注：如果是越狱过的iPhone不要用此方法）
2.接下来用手指向上轻划，找到&还原&，点击打开
3.然后，点击&抹掉所有内容和设置&。系统会提示&这将删除所有媒体和数据，并还原所有设置&，然后再点击&抹掉iPhone&。
4.最后等待系统恢复出厂设置，然后再随系统提示进一步设置。
二、通过电脑上的iTunes软件恢复
1.通过iTunes软件恢复用iTunes可以彻底恢复手机到出厂状态。先要自己在网上搜索想要恢复的iOS固件版本号，下载到电脑。然后再把手机与电脑相连，打开iTunes软件。
2.选中手机设备，在 iPhone 的摘要界面，按住键盘上的&Shift&键，然后点击&恢复 iPhone&按钮，如下图：
3.点按&恢复&。您确定要将iPhone&IPhone&恢复到出厂设置吗？这将抹掉您所有的媒体和其他数据并安装iPhone软件的最新版本。
4.恢复后，iOS设备会重新启动。随后您应该会看到&移动滑块来设置&。按照iOS设置助理中的步骤操作。

恩，这是一个越狱bug，最新用绿毒越狱的人都会遇到。这bug会限制你只能在越狱时候的那台电脑上连接上itunes和91，连接其他电脑就会未知错误（0xE8000012）。解决方法是在cydia上下载ifile，进入ifile在设置里面把显示隐藏文件的开关打开，然后在var/root/library里面把lockdown文件夹删除，重启手机，开机时会出现激活提示，重新激活之后手机就正常了。这个方法不会对越狱造成影响。亲测it4和ip4s有效哦~~
