先开启“Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)为”服务选项扫描仪和照相机提供图像采集服务
我的电脑右键→管理→服务 里面打开此选项
大部分新组装电脑或者盗版XP（sp3）系统都不含windows media player，它的作用是让手机和电脑进行多媒体连接，从而能使U盘模式下能识别拷贝多媒体文件的格式。所以解决办法就是下载最新版的windows media player。Win7用户下载windows media player12。XP用户不支持12，只能下载11。

安装Media Transfer Protocol Porting Kit，微软的便携设备多媒体传输协议驱动。

当完成上一步，如果还不能解决问题，说明你的电脑从未使用过诺基亚的任何设备，所以需要下载诺基亚/820/720/620/520驱动。简单方法就是下载驱动精灵，等待检测后下载安装“便携设备”驱动。
附上下载地址吧:
①.自动检测
②.安装蓝色着重标示的驱动
③.下载后自动弹出安装界面
④.安装好出现此界面说明安装完毕。
⑤.此时电脑会自动弹出这个，说明安装驱动完毕。
最重要的一步来了，某大神说需要进行：
——手动更新驱动，右键我的电脑》属性》设备管理器》找到你的手机设备（有的在portable
devices分支里面），然后右键》更新驱动程序。
此步有个常识性错误，那就是没有了解这个“便携设备”和“portable devices”驱动代表的什么意思。很明显上一步做完之后有的人会继续显示“照相机”而不是一个windows phone 手机的图标。说明还是缺少某种驱动，但这个驱动是驱动“照相机”的驱动，而不是“便携设备”的驱动。简单说就是你显卡缺少驱动，你是去“设备管理器”里安装“显示器驱动”还是安装“显卡驱动”？很明显是安装“显卡驱动”，所以此时你手机在电脑里的显示是一个“照相机“而不是”手机“，那么就不可能安装”其他设备“的驱动，那么你就要找到”图像处理设备“中的你的设备安装驱动。
①.右击我的电脑&属性&设备管理器
②.右击“图像处理设备”更新驱动。
③.等待安装。出现图[2]代表安装完毕。
一般做完此步就会出现下图。
没出现没关系，还有最后一步收官之作。
当上步完成，你的手机在电脑中的识别从“照相机“变为”便携设备“或”未知设备“，简单说就是电脑识别了这是一个手机，这时如果还不能拷贝东西，则需要自动更新你的手机设备（有的在portable devices分支里面）驱动。
完成上面5步，100%能解决一个即使较老的电脑的问题。如果还没解决。说明你的电脑是神器= =！在我的有效知识范围内无法解手~

重置后存储在手机内存里的图片会被清除，自定义铃声会消失，下载安装的应用游戏会被清空，内存卡里的文件不会受到影响，存储在人脉里面的联系人在你重置后再次登陆时会进行同步，存储在QQ通讯录里的联系人在你下次安装登陆该软件时也可以恢复备份，但是存储在360通讯录里的联系人就全部失踪了，如果你重置前在设置里手动备份了应用列表+设置，那么你重置完登陆账户后通话记录，IE浏览器收藏夹，应用列表所安装的应用和游戏、人脉关联的微博，添加的邮箱这些都会自动恢复，如果你也设置了短信备份，那么在你设置之后所接收的短信都会同步回来，备份之前所接收的短信就没有了。

3。插上充电器，对你没听错是要插上充电器，因为一会儿齿轮在那转是很费电的，如果进行的不顺利齿轮转一晚上都有可能，曾经就有个人的手机在那转了3天3夜后才重置完。而大家都知道625电量耗尽是很难开机的还会有充不进去电的可能，我们的625又不能像其他机型一样可以抠电池用万能充激活电池所以一定要插上充电器才保险一点。重置时机身会发热这是正常的。

齿轮转了20分钟还没有停止你有4个选择1）继续让它转一会儿先看会儿电视；2）音量- 加 锁屏键 重启，5-10分钟如果还无效，继续重启一次， 如此反复多次后还不见效就继续去看电视让它自己转吧。3）进行硬格操作，步骤如下
1，关机状态长按开关键跟音量减健大约10秒。
2，震动后继续按住音量减健松开开关健--&直到出现惊叹号！
3，然后按顺序按1次音量+，1次音量-，1次开关键，1次音量-
4，手机会重启出现两个齿轮进行格机，再去看会儿电视等待一段时间就会重新开机。
4）不想看电视动手能力又强的同学可以选择刷机。& && &
不过以上说的都是失败后的解决办法，别担心大多数的手机还是可以顺利完成重置的（重置7.8次都没遇到任何问题）。只要你把应用都卸载了一般3分钟左右都能搞定。但是，手机里的“其他”是无法卸载的，是需要时间来消除的，所以“其他”多的同学可能就要多重置一会了
& && &重置完成后进入出厂时的手机激活界面，点右侧框框进入选择语言界面拉到最下面选择中文简体后自动重启，之后选择地区设置时间后出现微软账户登录界面先跳过，到设置里连接WIFI（没有WIFI的就算了）关闭手机的数据连接，关闭照片的自动同步，然后登录微软账户会自动同步设置和人脉。
(已更新BLACK的手机，在重置后首次开机登陆微软账号前，会先出现连接wifi步骤，这一点是很贴心的设计）
（PS:重置后的手机一般要24小时后才会有系统组建的推送 ，
我们可以下载《组件更新检查》来把组件更新一下，不然GDR2的新特性新功能不会显露出来，当然如果你不急也可以等24小时候的系统推送 ）& &

二:重置 进入程序列表--设置 --关于--重置手机

三:还原 按开机提示操作--输入微软帐号--根据自己的需要然后选择区域(香港或大*陆)
1:还原前需要插入SIM卡(因为需要读取数据,WIFI还没有链接)
2:按提示输入首次开机的微软帐号 ..登录过程是漫长的
3:等开机成功后立马使用WIFI..否则还原的程序需要大量流量伤不起..
