在爱卡发出此创业贴后得到好多卡友支持并关注着我最新的动态，特别是现在遇到禽流感，为了方便阅读，我把之前的内容整理到1楼，以后持续更新的内容将放在前页，以日记的形式记录我养鸡的过程。
去年在论坛发了个 《淘宝苦逼男转行养鸡》的帖子，那时一时冲动选择了大家都不看好的养鸡行业，中间遇到很多困难，也偶尔会怀疑自己的选择，但我坚持下来了，之前一直处于摸索状态走走停停，现在换个ID整理思路重新开帖，以后常常更新本帖，记录自己的所思所想和养殖过程，一方面激励自己继续前行，另一方面或许对以后的自己，也是个很好的回忆。
先把之前帖子的内容接上吧。
2008年大学毕业，专业法学，我没有选择和大多数同学一样的道路：考公务员或做律师。而是凭着懂一点网页制作的业余爱好，选择了自己喜欢的互联网行业，而我又喜欢服装，所以找工作一直是选择这个方向。
2010年3月1日被朋友鼓动从深圳辞职到广州合伙开淘宝卖女装，从此开始了苦逼的淘宝生涯，没开过淘宝的，会觉得有一个自己的小店，自由的做着自己喜欢的事是件很美好的事，只有做过淘宝的人才能体会到其中的辛苦与乐趣。

& & 刚到广州时，三个合伙人都对淘宝没什么经验，只是看到有人做淘宝卖女装很赚钱，于是我们就做了，从选款、进货、拍照、店铺装修、客服、推广所有环节都自己摸索着做，每天没日没夜，早上8点起床一直工作到晚上12点，但是，努力并不一定能换来成功，做了5个月，凑的6万元基本亏光也就散伙了。

& & 大学毕业刚开始工作不久也没啥积蓄，创业的2万元还是借的，亏得只剩下一堆过季的女装，关键我还是一个男的！没办法，只能把衣服打包回老家。虽然失败了但我还是没放弃创业做淘宝的信念。老妈看我整天宅家不务正业非常着急，天天催着我去考公务员，而我的专业又适合考公务员，那时的压力非常大。
& & 回到家没钱又没人，做淘宝只能从做代理开始，一件代发的那种，淘宝还是公平的，有努力和付出就会有回报，就看你能不能坚持到这一天，9月份算了下，赚了一千多块，这是创业以来第一次开始扭亏为盈，于是我就开始考虑扩大规模，招了第一个客服，1200一个月，就这样只要第二个月还能赢利就招第二个、第三个……到2011年4月时发展到4位客服，每月扣除所有费用一个月利润大概1万多吧，5月份，请员工一起去三亚7天游，火车去飞机回，也算是对他们跟着我一起创业度过最困难时期，工资又不高的弥补吧。

2011年5月，忙完一个小活动（当天卖出300多件衣服）后，一起去三亚玩7天。

& & 经过一年的折腾转眼就到了2012年6月，为了有更大的发展空间，为了离淘宝圣地更近，我选择了和朋友到杭州创业，这次创业生意很快就有起色，可惜和朋友意见不和，带着遗憾离开了杭州。
& & 杭州创业进行时，这次创业来得更专业，因为我们都对淘宝的各个环节都很有把握，请的模特，2500三小时，再加上广告公司的拍摄和后期处理费用，19个款花了将近5000元。

从创业准备，6月3日租房，到正式销售，不到两周时间就开始走上正轨。

每天60件左右，销售额6000左右，夏天淡季的时候做到这个销售额，已经算不错了，利润也还可观。

& & 做淘宝最开心的事就是看到顾客给出长长的好评，当然最痛苦的事也是看评价，意味着面对了近万名顾客，各种感动，各种刁难的顾客都能遇见。

& & 这次散伙之后，逐渐感觉做淘宝力不从心了，要有合适的合作伙伴共同奋斗，要有好的货源，要有资金，而这一切又得从头开始。再加上这几年做淘宝严重透支着健康，每天10小时以上对着电脑，于是我有了想离开淘宝的念头。
& & 这一年，我家在深圳承包了一片荔枝园，在靠近市区的地方，有这么一片安静的，空气又好的场所，又有家人在身边，每天日出而作，日落而息，管理果园之余，打渔种菜，柴火做饭，与之前孤独的淘宝创业路和为了生活四处漂形成强烈对比，我不想走了，于是决定利用自己的特长和果园的资源，走上了养鸡的道路。
& & 这是2012年8月，为了寻找纯正土鸡，特意在老家考察后找到一批土鸡，联系刚好跑深圳的货车运来深圳。这样可以在保证品质的前提下很快可以开始销售。可是事情并不像想象中的那么顺利。
& & 首先是土鸡成鸡进价比较高，然后是托运，一定要找刚好跑深圳的运禽类的货车才行，江西离深圳800公里，运费成本又是个很大的开支。

& & 由于我家果园处于深圳关内的山里，旁边是很多私人老板的休闲别墅区，他们对品质的需求是非常高的，常常会亲自过来我们这买土鸡和土鸡蛋。这就是我养鸡的地方，处于羊台山和西丽水库的中间，因为处于一个三面环山的山谷，所以取名为“三峰山谷”。

& & 为了给鸡补充动物蛋白，我决定尝试用蚯蚓养鸡，于是在网上学习蚯蚓养殖技术，养殖蚯蚓需要很多道工序，首先要培养益生菌，用红糖加益生菌种加井水培养10天。

& & 经过一段时间的的准备，终于走上正轨，鸡开始下蛋了，为了对比只吃粮食青菜，不喂饲料，自己产的土鸡蛋与市场鸡蛋的区别，按照网上的方法，开始做土鸡蛋实验。市场上好多人都说自己的鸡蛋是土鸡蛋，价格也各种各样。为什么我卖的土鸡蛋就不会是从市场上买来倒卖的呢？于是特意从市场上买了16元一斤的土鸡蛋和普通的6元/斤的洋鸡蛋做对比实验，如下图：分别为自产土鸡蛋，自产三黄鸡蛋，市售土鸡蛋，市售洋鸡蛋。

距离本帖开帖已经半年了，由于4月份禽流感爆发，大家“谈鸡色变”，6月自家的荔枝熟了，忙于荔枝的销售，一直到8月禽流感的影响逐渐过去，我又重新开始了我的养鸡计划。
很多人觉得农户养的鸡才是品质最好的土鸡，其实一般农村家庭周边的环境并不乐观，家用污水乱流，生活垃圾、废弃农药瓶罐乱扔，每天只是喂些稻谷剩饭，没有合理搭配营养，农村人员流动，很容易带来外界的鸡瘟病菌，有人认为只有这样半饥饿才能让鸡多运动自由寻找吃的，当村子里食物不够时，饥不择食那就什么都吃了。
如果能找到一个与世隔绝、无污染、空间大的环境小规模放养，喂食的玉米稻谷比例经过合理搭配，只喂7、8分饱，这样就能促使鸡群在无污染的环境中自由觅食的同时保证鸡肉高标准的品质。
8月初我重新启动了我的养鸡计划，首先我要找到一个合适的养鸡场地，期间考察了很多农场。比较满意的农场是在一个属于江西农科院的研究基地，这里的条件很好，老板也对我的养鸡计划很支持，同意以150元/亩/年的租金租给我，场地内有三排闲置的砖瓦房可以免费使用。但缺点是离城市太远了，将来把鸡蛋运出的成本高，还有一个难题就是附近很难请到有经验的养殖人员。

9月16日回到江西，由于之前的场地并不是最理想的，于是继续寻找更加合适的养殖场地，经亲戚介绍找到了一个现成的农场，之前的农场主养过鸡但由于行情不好，已经有一年多没养了，目前只养了30几只阉鸡。农场前面是块面积近百亩地势平坦的草地，有少量水面，草地周围是各种树林包围，后面是片松树林，可为鸡群提供足够的自由活动和觅食的空间。
这正是我要寻找的理想农场，有现成的基础设施，鸡粪清扫后可以倒入池塘养鱼。但初期暂时只发展养鸡，并请了附近村子里一个有经验的养殖人员负责管理。

场地选好后就要选鸡苗，通过对比决定养殖湖南青脚土鸡品种，在网上找到了湖南的一个专业育种的生态农场预定了1000只土鸡苗，10月1日，期待已久的土鸡苗终于发货了。

晚上6点到新余火车站，一直忙到晚上10点才到养殖基地，一下车就把鸡苗放入温室进行脱温处理，经过长途跋涉小鸡苗有点晕车，先要落地休息一个半小时左右，然后按5%的溶度比例配葡萄糖水让小鸡清理肠胃和补充能量。
