首先，东南大学网站上的部分信息是不可靠的。CMA哪里有100年的历史，只有30多年的历史——整个美国才有多少年历史？管理会计的发展历程才有多少年？他在网站上列举的师资力量榜也是不太现实。那么多哈佛、沃顿商学院的教授们你请得起吗？学员们较的学费还不够他们的住宿费呢！
其次，很多人在讨论ACCA和CMA孰优孰劣的问题。ACCA本身在国际上的知名度绝对没有在中国这么响亮，因为他在英国是以高中毕业生为主要对象的、以大学文凭和会计教育结合的方式，所以被接受程度不高。在英国是ICA是最有权威的，具有100年以上的历史，ACCA的历史很短。他的最大的成功是进入中国的时间早，市场工作做得好。CMA是世界上最大的管理会计师组织，在管理会计界的影响是非常大的。它本身是非营利机构，所以对市场推广不是很热心——2002年他们的亏损还是比较大的。很多人觉得CMA只是考4们课，所以很容易，其实不完全是。严格地说应该是4个Parts，每个Part又含着至少是3门至4门课程，所以真正地掌握起来也是很难的。但是由于中国人善于考试，所以没有搞懂得情况下考过的可能性还是存在的——因为都是选择题。

但是如果抱着考过了CMA之后想找个好工作的简单想法，不考虑自己的实际情况而去考试，那么即使通过了也是意义不大的。首先，很显然，在中国它的知名度不是很高的。其次，在美国70%以上的cma都是40岁以上的，职位在中层管理位置以上的人，且大部分是考过了AICPA之后靠取得。因为管理会计的真正意义在于如何从单纯的会计工作中提炼管理者所需要的有效信息，并应用在控制和预算等领域。这就需要多年的实际工作经验中真正地体会到什么是管理中所欠缺的东西，并且为如何解决这个问题而烦恼过的人，才明白CMA带来的好处。好多东西可以从书本中学到、悟道，但是不可能代替经验！所以你要是太年轻，且没有在管理岗位上工作过别指望CMA会给你带来太多的东西。
最后，好多人觉得来的越难得东西越值钱，其实不尽然。ACCA难考，但是据说日本的CPA是各国CPA中最难考的，还有德国的也是很难的。一个香港人手里有5个国家的CPA证书，他说CICPA最难考的——至今没通过！

我本人在准备CMA，原因是等了很久，觉得这一个相对比较好混。
曾经跟我的美国老板讨论过这个问题，他也说ACCA难考会让人觉得考过的人都不错。而实际上ACCA确实是国际认证的一个Benchmark。

CMA的历史许多书是从“管理会计学会”成立时算起，追溯到现在是100年，就比如我们许多大学要追溯成立初期的学校一样。

CMA 考试总共分4个parts,每个part 包括若干个单元。我简单地介绍概况:
考试科目：

考试方法：
1、所有的考试都是选择题且在计算机上考试，每个部分分别有110道题，时间为3个小时。
2、考试结束当场可以知道结果。
3、110道题，700分为满分，500分为及格。
4、理论上一年的有效工作日都可以考试。同一部分考试，一年之内不能连续考3次。
5、考试地点，目前是可以在北京、上海、长沙、成都、大连、广州、济南、哈尔滨、昆明、南京、武汉、西安等城市的GAMT
6、所有科目3年之内必须考完。
考试资料：
因为该考试是 nondisclose exam
,所以没有像国内cpa一样统一的教材，不过有推荐的参考书，但是任何书的习题都不会在考试中出现。书籍可以通过网上直接从美国购买，不过假钱较贵，最好是几个人一起多买几份，会有打折的。

我也是一位对CMA很感兴趣的人。请问CMA考试的费用是多少，考试时间又是什么时候啊，怎么我搜索了好些网站，上面的说法不一样啊？有的说考試時間：每年六月及十二月上旬各舉辦一次，考試跨兩天進行，每科目考試時間均為四小時。應考費用：一般考生，每科目每次考試費用為60美元；美國大學四年級或研究生，每科目?30美元；美國大學專任教師，第一次考試不收費，第二次以後各科目收費30美元。在美國境外地點應考者，不論應考科目多寡，共加收25美元。而有的又说每门120$，考试每年有好多次（好象有的说每天都有考）。还有的说每门165$什么的。反正，总觉得现在的网站很不负责任。还有就是：要怎么样才能得到CMA/CMF的证书呢？是考过就有，还是要几年的相关的工作经验呢？大学在校学生能否考呢？呵呵~~~~~~问题好多啊！希望知情者能告知一二，不胜感谢。

我是金融专业的很快就要毕业了.我打算先不慌找工作,一条心拿下来.但是我没有CPA的底,光靠CMA,我能找到起点比较高的工作吗?在深圳,上海,北京,有单位认它的权威性吗?

MA公告从日起全面修改CMA考试内容及格式。新制考试的科目仍是4门，大部分的考试内容不变，仅对旧制考试的内容进行了重新调整，在此基础上，新增加营销策药的内容及加重战药规划的比重。另外，Part-2考试为4小时，140道选择题。Part-4考完后，不能马上获得成绩。

现在据我了解，没有必要非得是大学毕业才可以考。
在校生可以考试，但是对你的帮助应该是有限的，你最好是上了几年班之后再考。
或者是即时是现在考，又一不小心通过了考试——那么请你先不要当自己的真正了解了自己
所考过的内容。

探讨一下！
&楼主说ACCA的历史不长，但去年ACCA刚度过它的百年生日。ACCA的考纲是联合国对职业会计师能力框架的蓝本，怎么能说认可度不高？。暂且不论ACCA的营销手法如何，但最老牌的ICAEW将ACCA视为第一对手，似乎也可反映出ACCA的实力。
这样说下来偶还是应该先从最基础的做起
拿个CPA，工作几年有点资历后在去考CMA
这个想法好不好呢？
