不知道你的操作系统是哪个？对于xp sp2以及之前的版本是不支持.NET 4.0的这些是可以安装4.0的操作系统版本Windows XP SP3Windows Server 2003 SP2Windows Vista SP1 或更高版本Windows Server 2008（在服务器核心角色上不受支持）Windows 7Windows Server 2008 R2（在服务器核心角色上不受支持）Windows 7 SP1Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1如果你的操作系统支持4.0的安装的话 建议你把安装的那部分卸载清理了，重启后再次安装试试看。
win7旗舰SP1的，应该是支持的啊
