调整喷墨打印机的 PG 值PG 是 platen gap 的缩写,表示打印头底面到“前导纸板”表面的距离。打印头的 PG值较差将导致打印效果差。1.哪些情况需要调整 PG 值一般在经过以下操作后必须进行 PG 调整。(1)更换或重新安装字车后;(2)更换或重新安装字车导杆;(3)拆卸过左、右平行调整衬套。2.调整 PG 值前的注意事项在进行 PG 调整前需要注意以下问题。(1)操作中注意不要划伤进纸辊以及前导纸的表面;(2)用酒精仔细擦净“塞尺”表面,塞尺不能有翘曲变形;(3)不能划伤打印头底面,不能有污物粘到打印头上,塞尺不能接触打印头喷孔面(棕色表面);(4)调整前要将墨盒安装好。3.调整 PG 值的方法下面以 EPSON 的 SP895 打印机为例进行讲解,具体调整的方法如下。第 1 步:首先旋转左、右“平行调整衬套”使其顶端塑料突起部分与机架上的突起部重合,如图1所示。图1 “右平行调整衬套”初始位置第 2 步:将“PG 拨杆”向前拨到“-”的位置。第 3 步:如字车被“锁杆”锁住,移动“锁杆”释放字车。第 4 步:将字车移到打印机中间位置,将 1.14mm 的塞尺放置在图 5-48 黑色区域(先放右侧,调左边时再放左边),如图 2 所示为塞尺放置示意图及实物图。(a)放置塞尺的位置(左侧)打印头 塞尺放置位置 前导纸板(b)放置塞尺的位置实物图图2 放置塞尺的位置示意图及实物图注意:只能通过拽“字车皮带”移动字车,不要直接用手推拉字车。塞尺必须平放在“前导纸”的“筋”的平面中部。塞尺的厚度要求因机型而不同,参见相应手册。第 5 步:将“PG 拨杆”向后拨到“+”的位置。然后将字车移动到右边放置塞尺位置的上方(虚线位置)。第 6 步:接着再将“PG 拨杆”向前拨到“-”的位置。第 7 步:向前转动“右平行调整衬套”上一个齿的角度,左右移动字车 10mm~20mm,如塞尺没有移动,说明打印头底面还没接触塞尺,重复上面操作。再转动衬套一个齿的角度,再移动字车。直到塞尺开始随打印头一起移动,说明此时 PG=1.14mm。然后将衬套向后(PG 增加方向)调回一个齿,再移动字车确认塞尺不再移动。用机架上的突起将衬套定位于此。注意:如果在步骤 7 开始调整前,打印头已经与塞尺接触,则需将衬套向后(PG 增加方向)转动,直到打印头与塞尺刚脱离接触,然后利用机架上的突起将衬套定位于此。第 8 步:接着将“PG 拨杆”向后调到“+”的位置。将字车移到左侧放置塞尺位置上方,再将“PG 拨杆”向前调到“-”的位置,然后按与步骤 7 同样的方法调整“左平行调整衬套”的位置。第 9 步:将“PG 拨杆”向后拨到“+”的位置,将字车移动到右边放置塞尺位置的上方,再将“PG 拨杆”向前调到“-”的位置,然后重新按步骤 7 要求调“右平行调整衬套”。第 10 步:最后将左、右平行调整衬套位置用螺丝与机架固定死即可。
