眼中的“中国好助理”。　　8月2日，有网帖爆料称，旗下52家关联公司法人代表或执行董事，从京东董事长刘强东变更为张雱（读音：pāng）。　　京东集团一子公司的工商资料变更，像这样的变更，在京东最近发生了很多起。 资料来源：全国企业信用信息公示系统　　澎湃新闻查阅工商资料发现，京东旗下的确有多家公司，包括快递、、数据、众筹、IT等业务的实体，在最近半年对法人代表等信息进行了变更。如“北京京东世纪有限公司”的法人代表和执行董事，在4月27日当天，均从刘强东变成了张雱。　　这个并不在京东高管之列的张雱，何许人也？遂引起了网友的关注，甚至人肉。有网友开玩笑说，“1989年的张雱比1993年的奶茶妹妹更受东哥信任！”　　对此，京东方面给澎湃新闻的回复是：为了提高公司运营效率，公司对非核心的实体的法定代表人进行了变更。这些变更符合公司法及相关章程的规定，且对公司运营没有影响。　　至于张雱的身份，京东方面表示，则是刘强东的贴身女助理。　　那些说“京东当家人换人了”的标题党网帖，可以“洗洗睡”了。　　网友扒出的刘强东与张雱同框的照片。　　换句话说，京东此举主要是为了方便，缩短内部签字流程。一般而言，分公司、子公司很多的企业，除了主公司外，其他非核心的公司往往都不用CEO作为法人代表。　　的确，查阅工商资料，京东集团的核心实体“北京京东叁佰陆拾度电子商务有限公司”“北京京东世纪贸易有限公司”“北京京东金融科技控股有限公司”等几家公司的法定代表人依然是刘强东。　　BAT其实也这么干。浙江淘宝网络有限公司的法定代表人并非董事局主席，而是董事局副主席陆兆禧。在线网络技术（北京）有限公司的法定代表人并非百度董事长，而是百度高级副总裁向海龙。　　不过，仍有网友不解，如果张雱只是助理，为何她出现在“北京京东叁佰陆拾度电子商务有限公司”三个自然人股东之列？　　工商资料显示，该公司股东信息在5月23日进行了变更，变更前的投资人为孙加明、刘强东；变更后为张雱、刘强东。孙加明是当年跟着刘强东一起创业的老臣。7月21日又增加了李娅云作为自然人股东，李娅云是负责法务的京东副总裁。　　对此，京东方面回复澎湃新闻称，该公司是京东VIE架构的境内实体之一，刘强东是该公司最大的个人股东。因孙加明离职，改由与公司有长期雇佣关系的员工（即张雱和李娅云）持有其余的VIE股份。这种操作手法在VIE架构中很常见，是均衡、健康的。　　“说明刘强东对她也比较信任。”中国国政法大学知识产权中心特约研究员赵占领称。　　知情人士称，张雱是京东管理培训生（以下简称管培生），是典型的山东女孩，曾做过刘强东助理，后来调岗去了京东金融，但是，刘强东对后来换的几个助理都不太满意，于是又把张雱调回来了。　　对于张雱的“励志故事”，有京东员工表示并不惊讶。京东每年都从应届大学生中招聘管培生。刘强东认为这些人一张白纸，没有被其他工作经历所污染。这些管培生被刘强东亲自“调教”后，成为京东各个部门的管理者。有些管培生工资比普通员工高，可以直接向刘强东写信汇报他们所见所闻所感。更多精彩内容欢迎搜索关注微信公众号：腾讯财经（financeapp）。
