【求助】急求100U/ml human IL-2换算成ng/ml是多少？

本人买的R&D公司human IL-2 10ug/vial。查文献所需要的IL-2量均为U/ml，查了很多资料有说不能换算的，还有说IU和重量之间的换算要看试剂本身来定。。。。现在急求是否能换算？不胜感激~

林小沫 本人买的R&D公司human IL-2 10ug/vial。查文献所需要的IL-2量均为U/ml，查了很多资料有说不能换算的，还有说IU和重量之间的换算要看试剂本身来定。。。。现在急求是否能换算？不胜感激~是的，这个要看你产品本身生产出来后有没有测活过，而且不同批号的往往还不同 的网站上有certificate of analysis，你输入你的批号应该就能查询到活性单位的信息。
