A 33-year veteran consultant, Mr. Gross is highly respected among Investor Relations professionals. His expert counsel, proven marketing campaigns and comprehensive understanding of the world's financial markets have propelled a host of publicly traded companies and private entities to notoriety on Wall Street.
At Gross Capital, Mr. Gross oversees customized programs designed to meet the immediate needs and future goals of his individual clients. By actively and effectively delivering his clients' corporate message to Wall Street, Mr. Gross fosters appreciation for business and management initiatives through gaining widespread positive press coverage, long-term individual/institutional ownership and improved corporate perceptions.
Mr. Gross' extensive expertise transcends the confines of industry and specialization to encompass retail, oil and gas, healthcare, e-commerce, IT, manufacturing, communications and a variety of other business areas.
His knowledge has successfully piloted a number of companies through periods of executive change, equity offerings and strategic reviews, major transactions, crisis management and a wide range of transitional activities.
In the late 1970's, Barry Gross was instrumental in the global marketing success of Banner Guard, a 3-inch wide yellow plastic tape famous for roping off crime scenes and other hazardous areas, when he increased product sales from $10,000/month to over $200,000/month in less than two years. After the successful launch of Banner Guard, Mr. Gross became a retail stockbroker from 1980 to 1990 with such firms as Cowan & Company and E.F. Hutton.
A native Houstonian, Mr. Gross holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Houston.
