变频器频率调不上去，如果硬件上没有什么损坏，一般是变频器输出的最大扭力小于负载提升扭力造成的，讲白了就是变频器带负载能力不行。1、加速时间过短理论上，加速时间越长，带负载提升的能力会越强，设定加速时间过短了，有些变频器会显示过流或者过载过热报警等，但是有些并不会显示出来，只是卡在某个频率段上不去。2、V/F比值过大这个有些变频器也叫转矩提升，这个参数设定过大了，有时候反而会无法正常启动，适当减少了会解决问题3、矢量控制参数不匹配在矢量控制模式下，电机的内阻，电感等参数需要精密测量，和变频器的矢量参数需要配合好，运行一段时间后，电机参数过热造成偏移，这时候会造成电流过大，无法正常启动电机，频率可能也会卡在某个段点上，重新优化了参数可以解决问题。4、最高频率和最大频率设定过低一般这两个参数是设定最大值的，但是不排除有些粗心大意的电工改掉了这两个参数，所以也会造成无法提升频率。5、一些特殊场合参数需要配对有些场合最低频率不能设定过低，比如在恒压供水系统里边，最低频率设0Hz后，当水泵压力低下时，超过变频器的启动频率时变频器开始加速，压力始终加不上去，变频器频率怎么也加不到50Hz，才38Hz左右，反复设置和调节PID，始终频率上不去。只有将变频器最低频率设置15-20HZ左右，变频器的加速才能满足，且能将水泵恒压至某压力位置。压力虽满足恒压要求，但当不用水时，变频器不能完全停止，始终保持最低频率的速度。这是因为：在恒压供水系统中，变频器最低频率是不能设为0HZ的，一般最少在20HZ左右，这是由水泵的流量和扬程共同决定的。解决的办法是设置休眠频率，当水泵不用水时的频率（比如说28HZ）运行若干分钟时，水泵休眠，当压力下降到比设定压力低0.2-0.4MP时，水泵启动。另一种方法是设置定时供水，分几个时间段定时供水，一般恒压供水控制器都有上面说到的功能.6、硬件问题变频器的互感器（霍尔)出现问题后，无法正常测量正确的电流，也可能会发生类似的情况，另外主板上某个测量元件出现老化，也会发生这种情况，这些在维修变频器的时候经常会碰到。
