如何搓球才能擦网而过？林丹教练&超级汤&来教你！

汤仙虎本是印尼华人，上世纪60年代初带着一课爱国心回归祖国。带回印尼先进技术同时，也开启了自己的开挂人生。他是新中国的第一批羽毛球国手，运动员时期到底有多强一直是个迷，只知道1963年到1975年之间参加的国际比赛未尝败绩。
教练生涯更是被普通球迷低估，因为林丹太出名了，他一直被冠以“林丹教练”这个称号。但汤指导的杰作岂止一个“林丹”就能囊括。执教初期带女双，挖掘了林瑛、吴迪西这对当时的世界第一。80年代末期回了一堂印尼执教，转身之间挖掘出两位印尼天王：魏仁芳和叶诚万。
90年代初回国带男单又挖掘出两位国羽新秀：夏煊泽和吉星鹏。特别是把吉星鹏这种“路人甲”角色，一举送上了奥运冠军的宝座，而决赛击败的正是昔日弟子叶诚万。2002年又曾短暂执教国羽男双组，挖掘出后来名震天下的“风云”组合:蔡赟和傅海峰。
但这样NB的教练，爱羽客菜师兄在后台没有搜索到一篇技术分析文章。好吧，没有就自己写，今天带来汤指导搓放技术的分析。
一、手指的“分配”使用
（1）握拍的“活”与“稳”
（握拍要“活”；手指撵动+掌心空）
（手指撵动主要是前2指，后三指则起固定作用）
（前两指主导撵动拍柄，后三指主导固定拍柄）
谈手法必先谈握拍。汤仙人言简意赅，把5根手指分作两大部分，前两指主导撵动拍柄，负责握拍的灵活性；后三指主导固定球拍，负责握拍的稳定性。注意握拍“活”的目的是通过撵动拍柄快速改变拍面。这种隐蔽而快速的改变拍面是形成出球变化的关键。
二、搓与放的区别

放网的精髓在于小臂前伸，手腕、拍面没有左右摆动，但有一个微微上扬。

汤仙虎在视频中并没有明讲搓放的区别。按爱羽客菜师兄个人的理解，搓与放的区别就在于拍面对球头多了一个从右向左横向的摩擦。注意拍面瞬间的左右移动是收紧后三指形成的。
三、搓近网与远网的区别

在实际指导过程中汤指导敏锐的观察到小队员搓球的一个细节：“你看，那个球是很远了。你要学会打起来你的球不远。”这谈论的是关于搓近网和远网的问题。精髓在于一个意识的转变，想搓出近网球，必须把球过网的最高点放在自己半场，而小球员的下意识总是喜欢把最高点放在网口上方。

So an MBA was my big move to pursue something completely\u003Cbr\u003Edifferent. \u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Ch2\u003E\u003Cb\u003EWhat I did to fully leverage my MBA\u003C\u002Fb\u003E\u003C\u002Fh2\u003E\u003Cp\u003EEven before starting my MBA program\u003Cbr\u003Eat UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, I knew this was my chance to redefine myself and my future.\u003Cbr\u003EHowever, as an R&D engineer, I felt inadequate to be a successful at\u003Cbr\u003Eanything else. I lacked confidence. I was afraid to face new situations where I\u003Cbr\u003Ecould fail or embarrass myself.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EBut even more, I was afraid of settling\u003Cbr\u003Efor a career that I had no real desire to become very good at. \u003Cb\u003ESo I felt\u003Cbr\u003Ealmost desperate to get the most out of my MBA. While business school would\u003Cbr\u003Eoffer me great resources and opportunities, I knew there were no guarantees.\u003C\u002Fb\u003E\u003Cbr\u003ESo to make sure I got everything I could out of my MBA, I always tried to do\u003Cbr\u003Efour things, both during and after my MBA program. \u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cb\u003EConfirm your alignment\u003C\u002Fb\u003E – Like many people who want to make a career change, I knew\u003Cbr\u003Ewhat I no longer wanted to do, but not what I should be doing instead. Still, I\u003Cbr\u003Eneeded to make choices that could help me head in the overall, right direction.\u003Cbr\u003ETo do this, I identified three elements that are most important to me. After\u003Cbr\u003Edoing this, I would assess every situation and opportunity I faced relative to\u003Cbr\u003Ethese elements.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe three elements I came up with were 1) business, 2)\u003Cbr\u003Ehelping people, and 3) China. I know they sound very general, but they helped\u003Cbr\u003Eme make important choices that got me closer to what I wanted to be. \u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cb\u003EConfirm your gaps\u003C\u002Fb\u003E – Although I often felt lost and uncertain during my MBA, I was\u003Cbr\u003Eat least clear on what I was, and what I wasn’t. I had good analytical and\u003Cbr\u003Eproject management skills, but very weak soft skills. These included my\u003Cbr\u003Ecommunication skills, initiative and accountability when facing new situations,\u003Cbr\u003Eleadership skills, and big picture view of many things.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EAfter business school, I wanted to do marketing. From talking\u003Cbr\u003Eto other marketing professionals, I also got a clear sense of the capabilities\u003Cbr\u003EI needed to become one. These included developing my consumer and market sense,\u003Cbr\u003Estrategic thinking, and ability to communicate with impact.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003E\u003Ci\u003ESimply put, you always\u003Cbr\u003Eneed to have a clear idea of what you need to develop. Otherwise, you’re not\u003Cbr\u003Egoing to achieve your career objective.\u003C\u002Fi\u003E\u003C\u002Fb\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E3)
\u003Cb\u003EConfirm\u003Cbr\u003Eyour platform\u003C\u002Fb\u003E – I always describe joining Wang Computers as the best career\u003Cbr\u003Edecision I ever made. At the time, however, it wasn’t an easy or obvious one. I\u003Cbr\u003Ehad marketing manager offers with two leading FMCG companies. Frankly, anyone\u003Cbr\u003Epursuing a marketing career would have chosen one of them over an IT company.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EBy going to Wang Computers, I also took a lower title (management\u003Cbr\u003Etrainee), 30% less money, and had to go through 4
months of sales training.\u003Cbr\u003EBut their offer came from their Asia Pacific division. So based on my three\u003Cbr\u003Eelements, it was the fastest way for me to get to Asia. Fifteen months after\u003Cbr\u003Ejoining the company, I was sent to Taipei. If I hadn’t chosen Wang Computers,\u003Cbr\u003EI’m not sure how long this would have taken.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003E\u003Ci\u003EChoosing\u003Cbr\u003Ethe right job situations is huge. Because if your platform has limitations\u003Cbr\u003Eproviding you what you want, they’ll be your limitations for achieving what you\u003Cbr\u003Ewant as well.\u003C\u002Fi\u003E\u003C\u002Fb\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E4)
\u003Cb\u003EConfirm\u003Cbr\u003Eyour approach\u003C\u002Fb\u003E – My approach to getting the most out of my MBA wasn’t\u003Cbr\u003Ecomplex or strategic. It was simply to be more proactive and courageous to do\u003Cbr\u003Ethings beyond my comfort zone. No matter what happened, I wasn’t going to let\u003Cbr\u003Eopportunities pass by easily.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003ESo in business school, I led an organization for the first\u003Cbr\u003Etime (AMSA, or Asian Management Students Association). I flew to Taipei to find\u003Cbr\u003Ea summer internship (although I’d never been there before) and pursued two\u003Cbr\u003Eindependent study, marketing projects. After b-school, I became president of\u003Cbr\u003EWang Computers’ new class of sales trainees. However, my 2nd language, Mandarin, sucks! It’s terrible. And this is after living and working in China for over 20 years!So I have huge respect for anyone who can learn a 2nd language without even having lived in another country before. Not only is this incredibly impressive to me, it describes millions of Chinese professionals who speak English far better than I speak Mandarin. \u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EYet, I meet so many people here who lack confidence when communicating with foreigners in English. Their biggest problem is they don’t feel their English is good enough.
But whenever they speak to me, I’m not thinking this at all. In fact, it’s the opposite. In almost every instance, my requirements and standards for their level of English are much lower than what they’re thinking. Or put another way, the English standards in your mind are much higher than what foreigners like me actually need and expect from you. \u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EI hope the following perspective will help raise your confidence and approach when speaking English with the foreigners in your job and work.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003EWe’re not nearly as critical of your English as you think! – \u003C\u002Fb\u003EActually, I find that Chinese people are much more critical of each other’s English than we are. For instance, before my staff introduces someone for me that we’re considering to hire, they’ll often say, “We like this candidate, but his English isn’t that good.” But when I interview them, their English is fine. No problem. This is almost always the case. It’s fine to me because I can understand everything they say.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003ESo here’s the most important thing I’ll say about communicating with a foreigner, especially a foreign manager or executive.
Greater fluency isn’t the key. As long as you can express your thoughts and main point(s) of what you want to say, your accent, grammar, or how slowly you talk doesn’t matter. to me. If you can make yourself understood, that’s good enough. \u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EI emphasize this point because many people worry too much and get too nervous when speaking to a foreigner. They overthink everything. They think their vocabulary isn’t big enough, they make too many grammar mistakes, their accent is too heavy, or they speak too slowly. But I’m fully aware that English is your 2nd language. I’m not interested in criticizing your language skills. I just want to understand what you want to tell me.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EI’ve been in many meetings where a Chinese person is presenting something to foreign managers or executives.
Not once have I ever heard one say afterwards, “I don’t like his proposal, his accent is too heavy.”
Or, “His grammar isn’t good enough for me to consider his recommendation.”
That’s not even close to what we think or care about.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003EWhat matters to us are that we can understand you, and be understood by you – \u003C\u002Fb\u003EWhat we care about are really just two things:
You can express your thoughts and what you want to say to us, and 2)
You can understand what we’re asking and telling you.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EListen, business communication is very practical. It’s about being understood. What you say doesn’t need to sound beautiful, formal, or highly educated. You don’t need to use big words or fancy sentences. To be understood easily, you actually want to speak in just a simple, straightforward way\u003Cb\u003E. \u003C\u002Fb\u003EThis means using simple, straightforward words and sentences.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EAs a foreigner working here, I can also tell you that I make every effort to understand your key points and ideas. In business situations, there’s usually a clear purpose or objective.
It’s to understand a situation, solve a problem, get something approved, etc. It’s not a language contest.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003ESo I’m always going to do my very best to listen carefully to what you want to say to me. This is the same for every foreigner in China who needs to communicate with non-native, English speakers. Frankly, most of us are terrible at languages. We speak little or no Chinese. So we’re happy about whatever English you can speak to help us do our jobs here well. \u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003EIt’s about the quality of your thoughts and ideas – \u003C\u002Fb\u003EIn addition, what we pay attention to most is what you have to say. As long as it’s something interesting or beneficial, I’m going to give you every chance to say it. When speaking with your boss, your senior management, or a client, it’s the quality of your thoughts and ideas that matter to us.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EOne candidate that I interviewed for my career development book, \u003Ci\u003EDevelop Yourself As A Future Executive, Today\u003C\u002Fi\u003E, understood this well. In his job, he often had to communicate with senior managers who were foreigners. For a long time, he would always get very nervous speaking with them.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EFinally, he realized that these senior managers weren’t judging what he said by how fluent his English was. They were assessing what he had to say. So if his ideas and thought process were good, then whatever he said would sound good. \u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EHe began providing more facts, references, and background information, which, low and behold, helped make him more easily understood by others. As he focused more on making sure what he said had merit and weight, he became more confident and much less nervous when speaking to others in English. As he put it, “\u003Ci\u003EIf your thoughts are solid then what you say will be solid too.”\u003C\u002Fi\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003ESo when determining if a person’s English level is good enough to work for me and our company, I just consider three things. Again, they have little to do with how good you sound. I ask myself these three questions.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003E1)
Can you reasonably express your thoughts and ideas to me?\u003C\u002Fb\u003E – There will be many instances where I need to know what you think about something. For instance, your assessment about a situation, or how you plan to handle something. To let me know, you need to be able to communicate your thoughts to me clearly and simply. You need to be able to share your logic sense and the reasons why what you’re telling me is a good idea, and how you plan to make it happen. \u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EWhat I don’t want to do is to play 21 questions with you. I don’t want to have to spend a lot of effort figuring out what’s going through your mind. You need to be able to tell me what’s happening and what you’re thinking. I’m okay if what you say doesn’t sound so smooth, as long as I can understand your key points.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003EA Good Tip:\u003Ci\u003EKeep things simple!\u003C\u002Fi\u003E\u003C\u002Fb\u003E
When expressing yourself in English, don’t overthink your words and sentences, or try to sound impressive. In business, keeping things simple and straightforward is always preferred, especially when you’re talking to managers and executives. Some celebrated their high score and relief from meeting the expectations of their parents, loved ones, and much of the society.
Many others, however, will receive scores that fall short of their expectations and the expectations of others. Many will feel overwhelming disappointment and uncertainty about their future.
For these people, I want to tell them that your future doesn’t look as bad as you might think.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Ch2\u003E\u003Cb\u003EWhen Your Gaokao Score Determined Your Future\u003C\u002Fb\u003E\u003C\u002Fh2\u003E\u003Cp\u003EBefore I go on, I need to say that I was born and raised in the U.S., so I’ve never faced the daunting challenge of studying for the GaoKao exam.
I’ve never experienced the pressure of being just 18 years of age and having a single event determine my future.
Given my lack of discipline when I was younger, I’d have likely disappointed my parents and all those who had high hopes for my future.
So I’m certainly no Gaokao authority.\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EHowever, as the founder and CEO of a leading recruitment firm in China for the past 20+ years, I do have a very good view of the employment and talent market here.
I know a lot about the kinds of people, capabilities, and qualities that are important for achieving success today across many industries, professions, and companies.
It’s this perspective that I can share.\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EPerhaps 10-20 years ago, it made sense to put aside everything else to prepare for and score well on the Gaokao exam.
Getting into a top school was critical to having a bright future.
A degree from a top university allowed you to pursue a relatively smaller number of career options after graduation compared to today, such as getting a graduate degree, working for the government, or pursuing a profession that’s highly technical, scientific, or analytical in nature.
\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Ch2\u003E\u003Cb\u003EBig Changes Going On In China’s Job Market\u003C\u002Fb\u003E\u003C\u002Fh2\u003E\u003Cp\u003EActually, this is still the case for most of these career tracks.
However, today’s shifting economic realities is creating a dramatically different employment landscape, where young professionals can now pursue jobs and careers that are more commercial-, consumer-, and service-oriented in nature.
This includes the fast-growing e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, and mobile applications world.
It also includes the growing consumer services, food services, consumer retail, entertainment & travel, fitness & health, and education & training industries, where soft skills, the ability to engage others and delivering a great user experience are key success factors for your success. \u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EFor these fast-growing industry sectors and career opportunities, spending 1000s of hours alone staring at books and memorizing massive amounts of information doesn’t exactly nurture the qualities and skills that are sought and needed today.
It doesn’t exactly prepare you for a job market that increasingly values people who can connect with and influence others, respond to fast-changing situations, deliver solutions and build things from nothing. \u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Ch2\u003E\u003Cb\u003EThe Rise Of New, Highly Sought Capabilities And Qualities \u003C\u002Fb\u003E\u003C\u002Fh2\u003E\u003Cp\u003EI’m not trying to say that scoring well on the Gaokao is no longer important.
Of course, this will benefit your future and bring you more opportunities.
But for those high school kids who didn’t score well on this year’s Gaokao because, instead of studying, they spent a little too much time playing basketball\u002Fsoccer\u002Fsome other sport, surfing the internet, shopping online, watching movies, pursuing a hobby, or just hanging out with friends, I want to tell them that all is not lost.
Fortunately, the emotional intelligence, social skills, and user & consumer sense that you may have developed instead happen to be highly sought by employers today.
\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003EFor instance, among our clients, we see the growing need for marketing\u002Fmarketing communications\u002FPR professionals with good communication skills and user & consumer sense, for many kinds of consulting and service industry professionals with strong problem-solving skills, for human resources and talent development professionals with good people skills, for business development and product management professionals with good market sense and business skills, for offline & online business professionals with strong product and marketing sense, and for lifestyle industry professionals (e.g. entertainment, sports, fitness & health, etc.) who understand user experience.

So if you know any young people who may be feeling that their future just turned dark today, tell them not to be too hard on themselves.
