做印刷多年，感叹国产的印刷机为什么就不如人家海德堡啊、小森啊
做印刷很多年了，接触过很多进口的、国产的设备感触蛮多，接触的越多就越觉得我们国家的机械制造工业什么时候才能有出头之日呢？
曾经不止一次的感叹国产的印刷机，为什么就造不出人家海德堡啊、小森啊这样的水平呢，都不说什么关键技术，光是材料就差的不是一般点点，人家的用10-20年，甚至几十年（我朋友有台67年的海德堡单色，我的亲娘舅舅的半个世纪了；我父亲厂里的一台芬兰的风机58年的，现在还在用；）这些设备我们应该致敬！3 r+ h$ b7 x0 c, |* M, w
在这里有很多印刷机器制造厂的朋友，希望你们看后不要误会！我只是恨铁不成钢，如果我们的机器也能比拼国外品牌，难道我们愿意花高价去买吗？
真希望能看到我们机械制造产业强大的那一天！8 F/ ^" |6 n: l7 x4 ^
弱弱地问一句：你花100W买进口设备时，愿意花90W~95W买国内的同类产品吗？

嗯！目前的数据来看中国比欧美落后二十几年的工业，就英国工业都上百年历史了，中国才几十年的工业起步。以后想赶超很难很难！我们技术在成长，国外也在成长。二十岁的人能力追赶四十岁人的能力。很难！中国很多派出国外留学人才也走上了“不归路”！我们的工业怎么赶上欧美呢？还是政府的问题！中国喜欢大跃进、什么是大跃进知道吗？就是喜欢吹嘘！面子功夫！这样能干出啥子呢？我们百姓只能唠叨唠叨！其他也没辙！
如果质量是相同的，为什么我不买国产的呢！之所以不买的情况，还不是因为国产的在质量上会差很多！
看着公司铸造车间旁边扔着的一堆涂着防锈漆的零件。态度问题啊
前两年我有好几个朋友都买的国产四色机，到现在他们的感受几乎都一样，用一年、修一年、赖一年、报废、厂家回收！崩溃！
质量上，小厂和大厂有直接的关系吗？我介绍一家70多个员工的日本乡村小厂到中国的集团公司买走十几块钱一根的钻头棒料。磨一磨，就变成150块钱了。因为，人家花五年时间研发出一个型号的钻头外形。&
国产的零部件，估计质量都不怎样，那么低的价格，它会用进口的零部件？肯定用国产的，小厂生产的，质量是没法保证的，这样组装在一起，差距就出来了。&
问下楼主，海德堡上面的伺服是力士乐的吗？
一言难尽呀。做的和国外的一样，价钱也一样，估计没有人买，“人家进口的才卖......”。再说你也达不到人家的质量。
