年前在JOMASHOP买了一块手表，转运走同舟，结果卡了一个多月，到手后打开一看，表镜有一处坏了，属于明显的产品质量问题，我联系JOMASHOP，无论怎么说，他们都是产品退货期过了，不能处理，请问现在有没有美国的机构受理投诉，谢谢

This watch is almost 2 months old, there is nothing I can do.&&Open boxed items are items that were either display models or previously used.&&The only thing I can suggest is bringing this to a jeweler and have them replace the crystal for you.

4月底在他家买的一块机械码表今早发现右边第一排的按钮按下去没反应了，郁闷
问下亲们在jomashop买表有没有遇到质量问题的，如何维修的？他家不提供全球质保的，只提供两年的jomashop保修，也就是得寄回去。
表之前是托朋友人肉回来的，如果寄回去保修再寄过来会不会被税呀？而且来回邮费也不少，更重要的是不安全呀，会不会被偷T.T
能否跟人家谈谈要么退掉，要么我们在上海修，让他们报销？大家给点经验或者意见吧，多谢了！

这个主要是看rp的，另外有些表的质量确实是有问题的，尤其是一些复杂表款，比如计时表等，可能不是什么大问题，但是一旦出现却没有保修的话就很痛苦。

通常不能保修，即使盖章，国内很多也不能保修，因为不是全球联保，即使联保，也要去国内保修点问一下，他们通常还要求发票。而且记得，美国市场的很多手表保修和手表本身分开卖的，单买手表，美国国内也不能保修。
