&[问：网友 优品便利] 我在一个社区内开了一家60平方的便利店，而且还提供彩票，复印，传真等便民服务。但是现在在社区大门外开了一个500平方的超市（现在还在装修），请问，我该怎么做？小便利店如何跟大超市竞争呢？[我来试答]这个问题我在之前遇到过，详细内容请见联商网重申一下，以弱胜强的竞争成功案例还是比较多的，竞争的关键在于有的放矢。你的便利店只有60平方，对方是500平方，对方做个传统型的食品超市的可能性比较大，（具体还得看对方经营后的业务定位）。你们属于两个不同的业态，竞争也就不是非常激烈。第一，经营内容不同。便利店以食品、饮料和服务产品为经营主导，传统型的食品超市以一般食品和日用品为主，是对传统食品店、杂货店、粮店的综合化，但它的缺点是无法经营生鲜食品，除非它以生鲜品经营为主。第二，双方的优势不同。便利店在于便利上的优势，食品超市在于综合化方面的优势，便利性上反而是它的弱项。这表现在，进店存包的不便利、选择商品的不便利、付款排队的不便利、距离较远的不便利、店员服务不及时的不便利。第三，便利店要不断提高自己的便利性。要针对食品超市的弱点做文章。首先，提供顾客选择上的便利性。对顾客最大的困扰，是商品的质量，必须保证商品的质量可靠，就要在采购源头上把好关。其次，降低自己的成本，采购与配送成本是大头，如能选择优质的特许加盟商，为你配送货物，可提高货源质量，降低配送成本。最后，做深你的专长。要结合你经年的经营积累，你知道你的主营商品是什么，哪个季节哪种产品好卖，你就加大这方面的产品线深度，把这一品项做精做细。结合你对周边顾客的熟悉情况，开展诸如一定距离范围内配送上门、电话送货，为周边居民帮困解忧，寄放小区居民的快递包裹之类的，以服务为主线，发挥好你自主经营的灵活性，克服你的营业面积小的不足。或者，针对对方没有的经营品种，如生鲜，可通过错开营业时间，提前销售，保持新鲜度。适应季节、适应周边顾客的需要，如学校活动、小区节庆、婚礼、搬家等大事，及时调整你的经营商品，适应周边顾客的需求，担当小区的后勤保障部的角色。
