我想能看上电视，收房都快一个月了，还是没有电话，没有internet，没有电视。。。。
白天屋子里没法待，整栋楼都在修理（除了我家，只是因为我最好说话，最能凑合），震天响，我是站不能站，躺不能躺。
暖气三天有两天没有，半死不活，说是第一年都这样。
洗个热水澡，要先放凉水二十分钟，水才慢慢地热起来，浪费啊。

Aussie John expects two more years of NSW pain
THE state of the NSW housing market is so bad there is unlikely to be any meaningful recovery before the end of 2008, says John Symond, head of mortgage broker and originator Aussie Home Loans.
The latest two interest rate rises had resulted in home-owners and small businesses "doing it tough", particularly in the greater metropolitan Sydney area, Mr Symond said yesterday. Their only hope of respite would be if the Reserve Bank were able to engineer a rate cut in the middle of next year, he said.
AHL yesterday announced a 44 per cent rise in net profit to $19.7 million for the year to June 30.
Mr Symond described NSW as the company's "headache" state. Despite AHL's expansion into other states, NSW still accounted for about 40 per cent of its business.
"It's a sad and sorry part of the market and I can't see any real improvement for a year or two," he said. The hardest hit areas in Sydney were the west and south-west, where prices of properties were falling.
AHL has detected a small increase in borrowers who were in arrears with their loan repayments - especially since the most recent quarter of a percentage point rise in mortgage loan costs - but as yet no evidence of rising home repossessions.
With the economy close to full employment, Mr Symond said he did not expect people to lose their homes while they were still in work and able to make their loan repayments.
But the problems in NSW were being offset by Queensland, where inward migration was helping to boost business, as well as Victoria and Western Australia, particularly booming Perth.
The average size of AHL's loans has continued to rise and now stands at $242,000, which over a 25-year term means monthly repayments of about $1900. This compares to the average home loan nationwide of $221,000, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
AHL, which offers loans through its broking franchise channel from the major banks and other financial institutions as well as under its own name, processed just over $10 billion in loan applications during the year, generating revenue of $126 million, an increase of 8.5 per cent. The balance of its total loan book now stands at $19 billion.
During 2006, AHL recruited an extra 100 mortgage advisers and plans to spend $10 million investing in new software and technology to help offset any likely contraction in margins caused by stagnant housing markets.
Its credit card business, which was launched through Mastercard in April last year, now has 100,000 customers. But the business is not expected to turn a profit for another 18 months.

SHAREMARKET analysts say private equity groups such as Texas Pacific are eyeing a swath of Australian corporate icons - and moves on Qantas and Coles Myer are merely "the tip of the iceberg".
While it is unclear whether Macquarie Bank and US-based Texas Pacific will be successful in their move to acquire Qantas, leveraged buyouts are now a permanent fixture locally.
Qantas shares surged to a 12-month high of $5.25 following the announcement that the airline had received a takeover approach from the pair, with Aequs Securities institutional dealer Ric Klusman saying the consortium would have to pay up to $5.50 a Qantas share to snare the airline.
"Speculation is somewhere between $5.20 and $5.50," Mr Klusman said, valuing Qantas at $10.3 billion to $10.9 billion.
The stock had been trading at lower levels because investors felt there could be regulatory problems, he said.
Buying Qantas also would allow Macquarie to buy the T2 terminal at Sydney airport.
Macquarie already owns most of the airport's holding company through its listed Macquarie Airports fund.
Leveraged buyouts are likely to scoop up a raft of companies in the next 12 months.
Local blue chips in the firing line include brewer Foster's Group, retailer David Jones and newspaper publisher John Fairfax Holdings.
Share prices of lesser known listings such as Cabcharge, Aristocrat Leisure and MYOB also have rallied in the past few months amid rumours of bids in the pipeline.
Deutsche Bank corporate finance co-head Alex Cartel expects private equity players including Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and TPG to initiate a wave of mergers and acquisitions in the next few years.
"This is beyond a short-term trend -- these guys are here to stay," Mr Cartel said. "It's a new paradigm - practically every listed company is having the ruler run over them by private equity groups."
The target most people were talking about yesterday was Foster's Group, which has soared 25 per cent since speculation began to mount in August that it was being circled by a private equity player and a foreign brewer.
Despite a disclosure by Foster's on August 30 that it had not received an approach, rumours have continued to simmer.
A source told BusinessDaily yesterday that Belgian brewer Inbev, owner of Stellar Artois and Becks, was crunching the numbers on Foster's.
"Private equity groups are contemplating counter bids against strategic bidders for prize assets," Mr Cartel said.
"They are hand-selecting expert management teams and they are backing their ability to run businesses better than incumbent managements."

网线芯线渣打消这个想法吧，所以加延长跟没有似的，不过硬是要加载上面的话 就将剩下那四根闲置的网线绑上吧，信号衰减的更渣
如果把双绞线都接上，再有就是虽然网线传输是只用4跟但如果我把别的线接上天线或着绞到一起不会影响那边的电脑把/(铜做的天线衰减很大？
好网线才是铜丝，垃圾网线一般都是铁芯的。

网线还是算了吧，不好接，效果也不好。如果你一定要接，就用闭路电视的线，找一根针插上闭路电视中线上就可以了，如果自己家要是想偷别人的闭路电视，这样办也行的
可以用，12和36是用于通讯用的其他的可以用，一般褐色的那组线可以用。试试吧。不过。天线的长度应该和信号之间有个关系，你看看到底怎么样

1、实习要好好把握，争取把自己的工作心态、工作基本能力都锻炼出来，学习到更多东西。
2、就目前的就业形式而言，专业也不等于就业，要处理好专业与就业的关系；如果你能在非专业的领域做得很好，那说明你很有潜质，也很强大。所以不妨从事室内设计方向，但需要学习更多的专业知识，需要付出更多。
3、重新审视自己的简历，站在HR的角度修改，希望但从简历来看就能吸引到HR。持续关注行业招聘网站上的招聘信息，遇到意向的招聘信息，搜索企业HR电话，进行自我推荐，不介意从最基础的岗位做起；同时通过人脉、微博、社交网站等其他渠道进行自我推荐。
4、另外，不仅要学习室内设计专业知识，还要学习行业知识、行业规范与工作流程等。
