(3)开机白屏，并且无法用电源按钮关机！只能取下电池！
这个问题一般是由于刷机过程中数据线脱落或者电脑端出问题造成的！
解决办法：用强刷时刷不了的！只能去找专业手机维修的手机店使用专业的USF或者JAF等设备来刷

怎么初始化

使用说明：
o 解锁会清空用户数据，请提前备份数据；
o 请务必保证手机非木马机（木马机已为S-OFF不需再解锁）
o 注意部分机型并不通用该教程，例如HTC Nexus One（G5）；
刷机精灵HTC一键解锁工具
o 打开刷机精灵-实用工具-HTC解锁工具；
o 直接下载地址：
o 如果使用HTC一键解锁工具失败，请看下面手动解锁；
准备工作：
o 注册HTC账号；
打开网站：
点击右上角register（注册），进行注册（请使用常用邮箱，注册完成后，最好不要关闭htc网站，后续会用）
注册之后激活即可；
o Fastboot驱动安装：
如已安装可跳过，驱动必须正常，否则手机在Fastboot模式无法被电脑识别。
o 解锁工具下载：（解压该压缩文件）
版本检验：
o 如下机型，需先升级hboot版本，否则提示版本错误（如果不是如下机型直接参考下步密钥获取）
Droid eris、Htc A315c、Htc A6390、Htc aria(g9)、Htc chacha(g16)、Hrc desire、Htc desire HD（g10）、Htc desire Z 、A3360、Htc Droid incredible、Htc Hero、Htc Legend(g6)、Htc merge、Htc Salsa、Htc Tattoo(g4)、Htc Wildfire(g8)、Htc Wildfire A3360(移动定制g8)、Htc Wildfire A3380(移动定制)、Htc Wildfire S(g13)、Htc myTouch 3G Slide、My touch 4G、T-mobile G2
o 进入，选择对应机型（标*的机型需要升级hboot）
o 下载正确版本升级文件
用户需，比如新加坡版手机，选择hTC Asia WWE亚太下载。
o 升级方法
手机进入Fastboot模式（），使用数据线连接电脑，运行下载的文件
根据提示下一步操作即可（如果用户版本相同，会提示无法升级，跳过此步）
获取秘钥：
o 手机进入Fastboot模式，连接电脑
手机关机状态下，同时按住音量下（降低音量的按钮）+电源键，进入hboot模式松手；使用“音量+”或者“音量-”选择Fastboot选项，按电源键进行确认，进入Fastboot模式（或者直接使用刷机精灵-实用工具-进入Fastboot模式）
o 运行工具包内“第一步.bat”，复制代码，如图
红色部分即要复制的内容；
点击鼠标右键-标记，按住鼠标左键拖拉，范围即是以<<<<符号组成的矩形框；单击右键复制成功
o 提交代码内容
（如果提示登陆账号，则在登陆后，再次打开该网页）
粘贴上步复制的字符，点击Submit即可。
解锁手机：
o 解锁手机会清空用户数据（不包括存储卡数据），提前作好备份
o 点击Submit后，邮箱会收到一封邮件
在附件里下载Unlock_code.bin文件，存放在下载的工具包里；
o 手机在Fastboot模式下，运行工具包内“第二步.bat”；
o 成功后，手机重启，进入解锁确认界面，使用“音量+”或者“音量-”选择YES，按电源键进行确认（部分手机确认YES后，无反应，只需尝试后，选择NO重启手机，此时已解锁）。
解锁后，第一排为粉色unlocked，第二排为s-on。
如果你需要加锁手机，手机在Fastboot模式下，点击“重锁手机”即可。
如果您在进行刷机、救砖或者Root操作，看到这句提示，表示操作步骤已经全部完成。
