摘要：水环境园林建设是现代城市建设中不可或缺的重要组成部分，现代社会对其提出了更高的生态环境要求。本文着重关注绍兴市环城河水利风景区，对其深度剖析。通过对绍兴市环城河园林建设的探索，并结合现今国内城市水环境园林景观建设的发展情况，对其设计规划中的关键点予以简略分析，阐述了水环境的整治建设不仅要达到它的基本功能，更重要的是改善水环境景观，为人们提供一个亲切怡人的休闲和绿化的生态空间，达到人与自然的和谐相处，营造“以人为本，回归自然”，可持续发展的人居环境。并以一个园林专业在读本科学生的视角，对城市水环境园林建设的未来进行展望。
The water environment landscape construction is the modern city construction indispensable part of modern society, for its forward higher ecological environment requirements. This paper focuses on the shaoxing river water conservancy scenic spot, to its depth analysis. Based on the exploration of shaoxing river landscape construction, and combining the current domestic urban water environment landscape construction development situation, the key points of the design plan shall be brief analysis, elaborated the water environmental regulation construction not only to achieve its basic function, more important is to improve the water environment landscape, providing people with a cordial pleasant leisure and green ecological space, achieve harmony between man and nature, creating a "people-oriented, returning to the nature", the sustainable development of the living environment. And in a garden major undergraduate student's point of view, reading of urban water environment landscape construction of future prospects.
