关于地图无法更新和手机清除设备的问题！！！！！！！

& && && && & 在论坛里看到有说地图无法更新，提示“下载失败”清除设备在刷新更新就可以？ 有成功经验的来说明下呗！
& &还有比较关注的问题：对手机清除，有没有什么坏的影响呢？
自己想着这次地图提示下载失败了，没有清除设备会不会下次提示更新PR1.3也不能更新了呢？

清除设备之后，city 文件夹就清空了， 地图也就没了。&&你再手机进地图刷新，咋会没有呢？

那后来安装的应用会不会不在了?
照片,通讯录,短信什么的,会不会也没有了?

首先，去诺基亚官网下载Nokia Software Updater，安装在电脑里
然后，将手机选择同步，连接至电脑
然后，双击电脑桌面上的Nokia Software Updater
然后，按照步骤一步步做就可以了。
如此升完级后，除了第三方软件，通讯录、音乐、图片、视频，都还存在，而第三方软件升级前用过后留下的“痕迹”如游戏里的级别什么的，也都存在，只是图标没有了，需要重新下载安装。
如果你选择升级完成后清除设备，则通讯录、音乐、视频、图片、第三方软件、游戏全部消失，机器恢复至出厂设置！
那么在升级前则要准备，通讯录导出至SIM卡上，音乐、视频、图片等拷贝至电脑里，清除设备后，再将通讯录导入至手机，图片、音乐、视频等由电脑拷贝至手机里各自的文件夹，第三方软件、游戏则重新下载安装。
