　　2.Skype 能同时和几个人聊天？
　　答Skype目前支持多达 50 人的在线文字聊天室，供用户进行多人即时信息交流；支持 5 人语音会议，供用户进行语音互动，以后会推出支持更多人语音会议的版本。
　　3.在个人资料里，哪些信息是公开的？
　　答：除了 E-Mail 外，您个人资料中所有其他信息都是公开的，只要您填写，所有Skype用户都可以看到。Email 在发送到之前已经进行了加密，所以其他用户在搜索联系人的时候看不到您的 Email 地址。不过如果有人知道您完整的邮件地址的话，可以在目录中搜索到您。
　　4.我可以删除我的公开的个人信息吗？
　　答：除了 skype 帐号外，所有个人资料都是可以修改的，因为这些个人资料并没有存放在上，而是存在个人里。您存在网络上的个人资料在您最后一次使用 skype 的 72 小时内就会完全被删除，其他人从此也无法查询到你。
　　5.注册邮箱与个人资料中的邮箱有什么区别，如何修改我的注册邮箱？
　　答：“注册邮箱”是您在注册skype帐号时，填入的邮箱，此邮箱一定要填写正确，因为忘记密码时，您可以使用此邮箱找回密码。而个人资料中填入的邮箱只是您的一种联系方式，如果有人知道此邮件地址，可以在目录中搜索到您。
　　如果您在注册时没有填入邮箱，或者填写错误，那么请到 输入Skype用户名和密码后修改。
　　6.怎样才能搜到当前在线的好友？
　　答：在“查找好友”中，钩选“只搜索当前在线且愿意随时聊天的用户”，然后点击“查找”。
　　7.搜索好友时，为什么只能看到 10 几个人？
　　答：skype查找好友时，好友信息是随机显示的，点击“查找”可以看到部分好友，继续点击“查找”，就可以看到更多的好友了。
　　8.为什么我明知道对方在线，看到的却是不在线？
　　答：因为Skype 的用户信息不是集中式存贮的，所以您的朋友从登陆到可见可能会有短暂的延时。您可以直接呼叫对方或给对方送条即时消息，这样可以减少此延时，同时，我们也正在努力解决这个延迟问题。另外请注意，如果对方设置的在线状态为隐身，也会显示为不在线。
　　9.注册某一用户名，系统提示该用户名已存在，但搜索时，提示该用户名不存在？
　　答：凡是超过三天没有登陆过的用户，您在查找好友的时候便没有办法搜索到，但是该用户却实已经注册并存在。出现这种情况主要是由于Skype 有一个称为 “ 全球搜索目录 ” 的索引，该索引只保留三天内登陆过的活跃用户，如果某一用户名三天内没有被登陆过，就不会存在该索引中，从而不能被其他人搜索到。但是下次登陆后会重新进入到全球搜索目录的索引中，就可以被其他人搜索到了。
　　10.好友为什么都不见了，我还有没有办法和我的好友沟通？
　　答：如果您使用的是Skype1.2以下版本，那么，当您在不同的电脑上登录或者重新安装操作系统后，好友就会消失， 因为Skype1.2以下版本的好友列表是存在本机的，而 Skype1.2以上版本（包括1.2）的好友列表是存在存在服务器上的，无论您走到哪里，好友都不会丢失。 所以建议您升级到最新版本。
　　如果您丢失了好友信息，并且原先设置的是仅允许您的好友列表上的用户和您联系，那么您可以将设置改为允许您已授权的好友（通过验证）联系您，直到恢复了所有的好友信息。
　　11.Skype为什么不支持 Windows 98/me 及 windows NT 操作系统？
　　答：由于 win98 与 ME 操作系统在程序设计时并没有完整支持 Unicode （统一的字符编码标准）显示，所以会造成在传输 IM 时某些语系的字型无法在双方电脑上正常显示。另外，由于某些极少数过于老旧的声卡及其驱动程序会造成电脑 CPU 占用率过高，而让Skype 无法顺利传送语音，还有一些 WinME/9x 的驱动程序有时会导致 CPU100% 占用，因此严重影响音频质量。所以我们並未将 Win98/ME 列为标准Skype 操作平台。
　　Skype 目前也不支持 Win NT 平台。支持以上所述平台之Skype 版本也会在以后推出，并公告在网站上。请密切注意Skype 网站。
　　12.如果必须使用 windows98 的操作系统，是不是就无法使用 Skype了？
　　答：如果您一定要在 windows 98 下安装 Skype 简体中文版，那么，请下载安装南极星或金山快译或 magicwin 等汉字编码软件。
　　13.Win98/me系统下的 SKYPE 相关文件夹路径？
　　答：由于 win98/me 系统并非像 win2000/xp 那样的多用户系统，所以相关各文件夹路径是：安装文件： C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone ；头像文件 C:\My Documents\My Skype Pictures ；连接文件 C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Skype ；用户聊天记录和好友列表 C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Skype\your Skype id

　　答：接收到的语音邮件存放在“ C:\Documents and Settings\ 登陆电脑的用户名 \Application Data\Skype\skype 用户名 \voicemail ”；

1.我不能注册 Skype 是什么原因造成的？
　　答：请首先确保您的网络能够访问到国外。校园内使用教育网的用户没有办法连接到internet，所以没有办法进行注册。但您可以通过设置代理来解决此问题，具体方法见Skype常见技术问题。
　　2.Skypeme 如何使用？怎样加到 outlook 中？
　　答：请查看我们的Skype Me功能说明页，其中包括 Skype me 的 html 用法和 UBB 用法，并提供了多彩 Skype me 个性标签供您选择使用。具体制作过程如下：
选择一个您想使用的Skypeme标签，然后把后面的代码粘贴到一个文本文档中，如1.txt中；把“您的Tom-Skype帐号”处改为自己的Skype id，然后把1.txt保存为1.htm，然后到Outlook中，“工具—选项—邮件格式”，点击下方的“签名”，然后“新建签名”，点选“用该文件做模版”，然后在浏览中找到1.htm，点击“下一步”，确定，应用即可。
　　3.语音通话的时候一般需要多少带宽？
　　答：大约 3-13k/s ，根据对方的带宽情况、网络状况、以及 CPU 性能等而有所不同。
　　4.在不进行语音通话的时候 TOM-Skype 大约占用多少带宽 ？
　　答：当空闲的时候大约只需要 0-0.5 k/s 的带宽，主要是用来更新好友在线信息。具体的带宽情况可能会受许多因素的影响。
　　5.使用 skype 会不会让我的电脑中毒或是被植入木马？
　　答：如果您只是使用Skype的呼叫和即时消息功能，那么您的电脑肯定不会感染病毒。但是，当您使用Skype 的文件传输功能时，就需要注意接收到的文件是否带有病毒， 就像使用邮件、其他文件传输工具、或者直接从网上下载文件一样，您必须事先采取必要的防病毒措施。强烈建议您使用实时更新的防毒软件对要接收的文件进行病毒扫描，即使该文件是来自熟悉的人。
　　6.怎样清除登陆时出现在下拉框中的其他用户名？
　　答：到“ C:\Documents and Settings\ 登陆电脑的用户名 \Application Data\Skype ”下，删掉您不想要的以 skype 用户名命名的文件夹即可。
　　7.怎样才能知道自己使用的是不是最新版本？
　　答：您可以登录skype客户端点击“帮助”→“检查更新”，如果出现“ You already have the latest Skype version installed. ”说明您已经在使用最新版本了；如果出现“ The latest Skype version is 1.*.4.**, you can download it from here. ”就说明您目前使用的不是最新版本，点击“ dowmload ”即可下载最新版本。
