直接刷，直接刷，然后用JAF或塞班助手刷就可以，用7.02的官方固件里面替换已经DIY过的语言包不必

那么就进行升级刷机。能不刷还是建议不刷，如果你坚持呢，就是不要刷7，这个玩意不是安卓，我的6120ci刷坏了，不要平刷看来你没刷过！诺基亚真不太好刷.02再刷DIY，同学的5250也刷坏了，砖头。这样成功率可能高些。恩，直接DIY，建议不要刷了
不必，直接刷，用7.02的官方固件里面替换已经DIY过的语言包，然后用JAF或塞班助手刷就可以，直接刷。
是diy文件替换原官方的吧！？还有刷机，是不是得手机新格机，可以不插内存卡，刷吗！？谢谢

万一刷机失败了，不要着急，一般是可以就回来的！请参照教程进行强刷（偶刷机还没有失败过，所以没有试过强刷，如果友友们遇到问题还请在论坛中发帖求助），强刷教程地址（严格照着做一般不会有什么问题）：
1.先下载JAF,和官方的固件包(国行基于7.02制作,港行基于7.10制作)，这里给出飞速网地址

2.先安装JAFXX版，再安装官方固件，把帖子提供的固件进行覆盖(港行覆盖到C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products\rm-243)(国行覆盖到C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products\rm-310)
具体步骤如下(图片部分借用稀饭大大的RM409的图，同样也适用国行RM310。偶在容易出错的地方注明注意事项）：

手机以PC套件模式连接电脑（用机箱后面的USB插口），

查看驱动安装情况，如图一共7个驱动,有些机器（如N81,N79等）没有USB LCIF这个驱动，只有6个驱动，属于正常，只要没有问号和叹号基本就没什么问题了

当然了，并不是这些驱动都按不上，有时总是有那么一两个驱动会无法正常使用！
所以，当在刷机的过程中用到这些驱动时就会因无法找到这些驱动而导致刷机失败！
下面 ，我来讲一下解决方案：
首先必须把系统内的驱动防火墙、杀毒之类的软件都关掉 最好是卸载，否则就可能无法更新驱动，如果这些驱动无法安装，请不要刷机，否则将会导致刷机失败！
有些系统会对驱动的安装设下一些局限，导致部分驱动无法安装~
我把打破这个局限的设置文件发上来给大家使用，在安装驱动前，双击解压后三个文件中的“设置”，会有一个对话框闪一下！

然后解压附件中的诺基亚数据线驱动（未安装版），然后在设备管理器中找到未安装成功的驱动(以modem驱动为例，也可能是其他驱动)，

然后选择“在搜索中包括这个位置”，浏览，找到解压以后的“诺基亚数据线驱动（非安装）”，如果的计算机是64位的操作系统就选择X64，如果是32位的操作系统就选择另一个X86！（大部分人的操作系统都是32位的）

由于偶的6120是白色，就用默认的RM-310 CHINA **** STROKE CTV_CN^.02.1^015。如果不清楚自己的code，请取出电池看机身背面的code再选择相应code文件。

进度条满，机器能正常开机，就说明已经刷机完毕。本人第一次刷机时提示找不到固件，第二次再刷就OK乐，在此过程中切记不能停电，保持手机电量充足，数据线与手机连接好，刷机过程中如出现重启白屏，请耐心等待，一会儿就会正常启动。如果显示刷机失败，别急，别动数据线，再点FLASH刷一次即可。
降级降级和平刷升级不同的是再这里点上Downgrade,6120测试可以降级。

在Manual Flash，Normal Mode，Dead USB前打钩,注意把CRT308勾掉，

师傅好，我刷成功了，中间过程比你都刺激，FLASH点了好几次。刷时USB总有断开，又链接的铛铛声，响了得十几次幸亏我没拔去数据线，而且我不断点FLASH我也忘记点了几次了，最后出来了进度条，一会儿就刷完了。嘿嘿，好有成就感，呵呵
