摘要：本设计是通过去汽车生产工厂实地考察，观察汽车装配过程及各零件的形状尺寸。结合实际测量数据，运用SolidWorks2014 、AutoCAD2014 等设计软件辅助，进行的工位器具的设计。该工位器具是针对汽车左右前轮罩总成件在装配时的摆放、运输、使用而设计的专用工位器具，不具有通用性，只适合该型号车型及少数几款类似车型的部件摆放。设计时针对所装总成件进行专门的定制和计算，使其摆放稳定安全，取放方便省力。关键词：汽车；总成；前轮罩；工位器具
