摘要: The Molecule magnets Materials {}n (M=Zn, Fe) were investigated by magnetic measurements and Mossbauer spectroscopy. In the complex {}n detailed investigation of the ferromagnetism behaviour, and a compensation temperature has found with the field being less than 1KOe. And the 57Fe Mossbauer measurements had been carried out in {}n to investigate the mixed valency character and antiferromagnetic coupling. Some ferrimagnets consisting of magnetic anisotropy ions and two or more types of antiferromagnetically ordered magnetic ions exhibit this behavior. As the temperature was lowered to 40 K, the FeIII doublet subspectrum almost completely turns into a sextet subspectrum. The hyperfine magnetic field increases as the temperature decreasing. AB&&The management of strategic cost and strategic risk are always the key contents of enterprise's strategic research. The strategic risk management which is based on the cost controlling becomes the question that enterprises pay close attention to day by day. Based on the reviews of strategic cost and strategic risk management, we investigate the smallest target cost control question with the use of Pontryagin's Maximum Principle. The conclusion shows that the method of smallest cost control is useful to avoid or reduce the strategic risk. We should pay attention to the quality and the career of the decomposition goal.

AB&&CO2 laser and the LASERCELL-1005 six axes sixlinkages three dimensional laser processing machine tools were used for laser cladding process on 40Cr with Ni60B alloy powder. The microstructure and properties of cladding coating were researched by means of micro-analysis and mechanical property testing. The result indicated that, the coatings of laser cladding were constituted of cladding zone (CZ), bonding zone (BZ) and heat affected zone (HAZ). The corresponding microstructures were fine dendrites and equiaxial crystal planar crystal and dendrites, acicular martensite. With the increase of the scanning speed, the microstructure became tiny and uniform, the hardened layer depth increased, while the microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance were increased. The hardness, weak resistance and corrosion resistance were increased greatly after Laser hardening. The maximum values of them are as about four times, four times, thirty times as that of the substrate, respectively.

AB&&Gaze direction recognition is a key technology in human-computer interaction and vehicle active safety. The present methods are very fragile so we propose "eigeneyes" method to recognize drivers' gaze direction. We extract the characters of eyes' images using PCA (Principle Component Analysis), and the extracted characters are used to set up a feature subspace. Testing eyes images are projected into the feature space ("eyes space") that best encodes the variation among known eyes images. The Euclidian distances between testing eyes and training eyes are calculated. The testing eyes are sorted to one eyes gaze direction class with the minimum Euclidian distance. Experiments are conducted to evaluate the validity of the described method.
