　　为全面加强白洋淀水区村自身污染综合治理工作，提升水区村基础设施，改善人居环境，10月12日，安新县在圈头乡隆重举行水区村自身污染综合治理现场观摩会议，全县5个乡镇、39个村、5个县直部门的负责人和部分保洁员代表共同参观了大淀头和邵庄子两个水区示范村，两个村的支部书记分别介绍了本村在自身污染治理方面采取的具体措施和典型经验，夏景云也代表保洁员做了典型发言。
　　安新县委、县政府还决定，授予邵庄子、大淀头、王家寨、赵庄子、邸庄等5个村&自身污染综合治理优秀示范村&，授予夏景云、赵双鸡等10名保洁员&十佳保洁员&荣誉称号，并分别给予5000元和500元现金奖励。
　　安新县农工委常委副书记王宗政说：&表彰优秀示范村和十佳保洁员，是为了进一步巩固治理成果，促进水区村长效保洁机制落实，表彰先进，鞭策后进，激励大家更加积极踊跃的参与到白洋淀自身环境综合治理活动中来，共同打造生态宜居休闲旅游名城和秀美京南水乡。&
