As the concession team leader, I supervise the three store sales representatives and ensuring that customer and store expectations are upheld throughout the team to promot Liaising with Harrods managers and buyers to negotiate the best for our two brands, as well as keeping the Harrods employees up to date with the new and existing products available for the brand.
During my time at De&#39;Longhi I led the team to winning an outstanding customer service award achieving 3 100% guest shops myself. I took responsibility for the Kenwood brand, planning events and training Harrods staff on the brand&#x2019;s range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
To promote and sell the De&#x2019;Longhi and Kenwood products and brand.
Train and supervise the work of the Store Sales Representatives.
Responsible for managing the staffing rota, time sheets, swipe reports, holidays.
Carry out and maintain store risk assessments, reporting back to the business your findings and recommendations.
