家住金马路某小区的业主李女士告诉记者,去年他与同小区的三四个业主都在金马路良子足疗办理了终极会员。&交纳1万元,成为终极会员&,李女士说成为终极会员之后可以享受每次128元的足疗保健,同时会员卡内会额外赠送1万元的保健费用。但用了不到一年,2013年元旦的时候,李女士再去该足疗店做保健的时候却被告知,原先的每次128元变成了158元,原因是会员制度变了。
&新会员按照新制度,老会员按照老制度,不应该是这样么?&包括李女士在内的好几位会员,都对良子足疗新实行的会员制度表示反对,&不能你们想涨价就涨价,应该遵循当初的会员承诺&,部分会员们认为足疗店这样的行为有违当初的承诺,并以此向足疗店提出交涉。
3日下午,记者联系到良子足疗潍坊金马路店,对于部分会员对该店会员制度提出的反对意见,一位工作人员向记者解释,今年元旦后店内实行新的会员制度,会员系统也随之升级,由于升级后的会员系统无法区别新老会员,所以只能按照新会员的制度来执行。另外,该工作人员还说,为了弥补会员优惠价格上涨给老会员带来的损失,他们承诺3月份一个月的时间,凡是持有终极会员卡的老会员每次可免费携带两位顾客前往足疗店进行保健,只收取会员的费用158元。flash地址:
