：本周国内细木工板价格稳定为主，厂家开工率较上周有所下滑，部分厂家放假农忙，市场开工率在5-6成。受房地产影响，下游家具行业采购需求保持低量，胶合板现货大多在生产厂家手中，市场供大于求局面影响下，即使原木价格出现上涨，厂家上涨阻力仍旧较大。目前华北地区mmE1级马六甲芯细木工板出厂主流价在130-145元/张，厂家价格暂无明显波动。近期国内细木工板主要期货交割地点现货价格如下：

本周国内单板市场供需均淡，北方大部分单板厂家已停工，且库存较少。东北地区农忙与雨水天气影响，厂家开工率维持在4成左右；华南地区原材料供应紧张，单板价格仍旧较高，且货源紧缺，厂家等待天气好转，采购价格或能下滑。
据卓创调研，目前中等规模厂家对期货市场仍不熟知，在利润空间较大的情况下，越来越多的厂家愿意生产交割板材，但市场消费产品E2级为主导，加之目前厂家订单满满，短期内E1级货源仍显紧张。
卓创预计：宏观经济面以及房地产行情发展滞缓，胶合板市场悲观气氛蔓延市场，卓创预计短期内厂家为稳固客源销售价格或横盘整理，中长期厂家关注“金九银十”下游需求采购情况。

目前国内原木市场供应紧张问题突出，价格上涨导致胶合板生产压力明显加大，下游需求仍旧一般，个别厂家在原材料上涨的压力下仍未能上涨销价，本周国内细木工板价格趋于平静。北方麦收已到，中小规模厂家已暂时停工，目前市场开工率保持在6-7成；南方地区开工充足，但是受原木供应紧张影响，厂家部分规格产品已暂停供应。据卓创调研，目前环保型生态板愈加受到消费者欢迎，由于细木工板表面处理较为繁琐，部分厂家已改产生态板。目前山东地区mmE1级马六甲芯生态板出厂价在150-155元/张，细木工板出厂价在135-150元/张。近期国内细木工板主要期货交割地点现货价格如下：

本周国内单板价格基本稳定，但市场货源呈现紧缺状况。北方麦收，近九成单板厂家已停工收麦，且库存较少。据了解，目前北方地区单板厂家计划于麦收结束后上调价格，但是由于今年行情与往年大不相同，能否顺利上调仍充满不确定性。南方持续下雨，厂家基本无现货可供，广西地区970*480*2.2mm足厚一级单板出厂价报元/立方米，比正常价位高出50-80元/立方米。北方杨木价格一路上涨，本周北方大部分地区杨木价格上涨20-30元/吨。
目前细木工板厂家满负荷生产，厂家主供固定客户，由于下游客户订单要求各不相同，厂家接单较为谨慎。在工人以及原木成本压力上行的情况下，由于顾忌客户情绪，大部分厂家选择稳定为主，调价厂家调整空间大多在2-3元/张，马六甲芯板空间较大在3-5元/张，厂家销量较好，但利润有限。
本周华北市场受农需及工业支撑，尿素价格稳中向涨，山东主流报价涨至元/吨，南方地区相对稳定，卓创预计短期尿素局部价格仍呈稳中上调走势；本周甲醛市场弱势维稳，市场季节性转疲，装置开工率并无提升，下周甲醛市场整体弱势向下为主。

　　线性1501合约小幅高开短暂上涨后，走出震荡回落走势，对于后市，笔者认为短期继续回落的可能较大。
　　一、供给
　　根据统计，2014年PE产量目前已达到1049.64万吨，较去年同期增长15.19%。进入四季度以来，PE月度国产量基本维持在109万吨左右，较往年同期增长18.5%，产量增多的原因主要由于煤化工装置相继投产，并且产品顺利面市，市场聚乙烯原料流动量加大，供应逐渐增多。目前已经投产的煤化工装置有陕西延长60万吨/年，中煤榆林30万吨/年，宁夏宝丰30万吨/年，后期依然有蒲城清洁能源30万吨/年装置将要投产，届时PE产量将进一步扩大。
　　二、需求
　　当前下游农膜行业开工率在68%，较去年同期下滑7个百分点。近期农膜厂订单萎缩，工厂日产量较前期下滑。据调研，目前工厂订单排产到20号左右，之后棚膜生产降逐渐下降。届时对于行业也难形成支撑。面对瞬息变化的行情，终端多按需采购，维持低库存操作。
　　三、技术面
　　从技术面来看，线性1501合约高开小幅上涨后展开震荡回落走势，收出上影线略长的长实体阴柱。5日均线、10日均线、40日均线向下发散，5日均线向下击穿10日均线； MACD向上缺口闭合，红柱明显缩小；KDJ向下发散，表明近期上涨的可能性较大。多空强弱指标显示，目前空头力量明显占据上风，超卖现象已经出现，近期虽然继续走低的可能性较大，但后期存在技术性反弹的可能。在不考虑影响的情况下，明日小幅低开的可能性较大，需关注前期缺口低点9815位置的支撑力度，若形成较强的支撑则止跌；上方需关注20日均线与40日均线粘连点位的是否释放出较大的压力。
　　四、行情预判
　　综上所述，石化个别大区下调，推动货源成本走低，为期货继续下行提供了基础，从技术面上来看，线性期货与聚丙烯期货虽仍处于下行通道，短期仍将继续震荡下行，回补前期跳空缺口的可能性较大，中期来看，随着缺口的回补，超卖现象必将愈加明显，线性期货与聚丙烯期货技术性反弹的可能。
