iPhone Dev-Team has just released RedSn0w 0.9.10b4 to jailbreak iOS 5.0.1 untethered. You can download RedSn0w 0.9.10b4 for both Windows and Mac OS X from the link below to jailbreak your iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod Touch 4G, 3G and iPad 1 running iOS 5.0.1.
Dev-team has put the pod2g’s untetehred jailbreak in
to provide this untetehred to masses.
A few days ago, @pod2g gave the untether to both the iPhone devteam and the chronic devteam. We’ve put it into redsn0w 0.9.10 and PwnageTool, and the chronic devteam put it into a Cydia package (the same set of exploits is in all three).
This RedSn0w 0.9.10b3 released supports iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 1, iPod Touch 4G and iPod Touch 3G. If you have any of these devices, you can untethered jailbreak it with RedSn0w 0.9.10b3 on .
Update #2: The b2 version of redsn0w includes the launchctl-related fix by @planetbeing as mentioned by @saurik.
As usual, you can just re-run redsn0w in jailbreak mode over your existing 5.0.1 jailbreak (even a
one), making sure to de-select “Install Cydia” if you do.
Always be sure to do a controlled “slide to power off” shutdown of your device before running redsn0w.
Update #3: The b3 version of redsn0w fixes a problem where re-running redsn0w over an existing jailbreak would cause MobileSubstrate-based apps to stop running until MS was installed again.
Now you can re-run the redsn0w jailbreak step without worrying about that (but still remember to de-select the “Install Cydia” option if it’s already installed).
TIP: If auto-detection fails and redsn0w tells you no identifying data was found, you can always pre-select the appropriate
using “Extras-&Select IPSW”.
Update #4: The b4 version of redsn0w incorporates the 5.0.1 fix for iBooks, and also for sporadic problems with launchctl.
Thanks to @xvolks for merging the iBooks (sandbox) fix from @comex’s github into the overall corona untether from @pod2g!
As usual, you can choose to install the fix either by re-running redsn0w over your existing jailbreak (de-select Cydia if you do that), or by installing the corona package from Cydia (it’s the same set of files no matter which way you choose).

Jailbreak iOS 5.0.1
If you have one of those devices and are not running 5.0.1 yet, update now! The SHSH window is still open for 5.0.1. But this is NOT recommended for UltraSn0w or
Ultrasn0w or gevey dependant users are advised to get to 5.0.1 via a custom IPSW! Here is: . Once you’re at 5.0.1, use the latest redsn0w 0.9.10 to both jailbreak and untether.
If you’re already running iOS 5.0.1 tethered jailbreak, you can either run redsn0w 0.9.10 over your current jailbreak (deselect “Install Cydia” if you do that), or install the Cydia package prepared by the chronic devteam.
Some of you are using a hybrid 5.0/5.0.1 configuration. If so, do not attempt to install this untether over that setup! You will most likely get into a reboot cycle. Do a sync and fresh restore to 5.0.1 then install the jailbreak + untether.

国外越狱破解组织Dev-Team今天发布了越狱工具红雪RedSn0w的最新版本0.9.9b9，新版本支持原生iOS 5.0.1（不需要再选择iOS 5.0的iPSW）并加入了一些新的功能。
1.原生支持iOS 5.0.1，不需要在选择iOS 5.0的固件进行验证；
2.处在旧的bootrom 3GS 用户在没有blob的情况下，现在可以通过红雪创建自定义固件；
3.对5.0和5.0.1的iBooks进行了修复；
4.支持8G版本的iPhone 4；
5.允许用户建立一个没有基带更新的自定义固件；
6.APTickets 能支持iOS 5.X (至少在apple封锁之前是支持的)，与一些关键的blobs类似，APTickets是提交cydia之前的密码认证。cydia服务器也将支持 APTickets的认证反馈，现在由于APTickets的限制，用户在使用（stitched） 自定义5.X固件时，要求开启pwned DFU模式
需要说明的是，RedSn0w红雪 V0.9.10b1是完美越狱
redSn0w已更新0.9.10b2版本，修复了launchctl的相关问题。

此次越狱只支持A4平台处理器
这是我今天在某个苹果论坛看到的发布消息，绝对权威！
无论是已经不完美越狱的用户，还是从未使用RedSn0w越狱的用户，均可使用本次越狱方案进行完美越狱。支持设备：iPhone 3GS/4，iPad1代，iPod touch 3/4。不支持的设备：搭载A5芯片的iPhone 4S和iPad 2。需要越狱请升级到iOS 5.0.1，同时有锁机用户请使用自制固件升级，避免基带被升上去。与此同时，Pod 2g建议大家在苹果发布iOS 5.0.2时不要升级，以免越狱漏洞被封堵。

Dev-Team在北京时间今天下午放出了iOS 5.0.1完美越狱工具红雪的更新版本0.9.10b2。Corona这个插件会破坏launchctl，planetbeing已经找到原因并附在插件里面了，在版本1.0.-2中已经得到修复 launchctl的问题依然会影响用红雪完美越狱的用户，目前已经重新升级Corona1.0-3 ，红雪用户可以安装Corona1.0-3来解决问题。
redsn0w 0.9.10b3 再次更新，此次更新是一个修正版本，主要解决由于重复越狱引起的基于Mobile Substrate的一些应用不能使用的问题，现在可以重新用b3覆盖越狱，记得不要勾选Install Cydia选项就行。

早前使用过红雪0.9.10b1越狱过的用户可以使用新的越狱工具进行重新越狱，（使用PwnageTool自定义固件越狱的用户也可以使用新版红雪再次越狱）需要注意的是不要勾选Install Cydia选项。

0、开始前请将设备连接电脑并关机
1、下载红雪 0.9.10 b1
2、使用管理员身份运行下载好的红雪
3、点击【Extra】，点击【Select IPSW】，选择下载好的iOS5.0.1固件，识别后点确定，然后点【Back】
4、点击【Jailbreak】，点击Next
5、进入下一画面，若已经不完美越狱过，不要选择【Install Cydia】，点Next
6、将设备进入DFU模式
7、当红雪显示【Done!】，观察设备端，不需要任何操作
8、完美越狱成功！
可以完美越狱iOS 5.0.1的redsn0w 0.9.10b1刚刚放出。目前支持iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4 CDMA版， iPad 1, iPod touch 3G, iPod touch 4G。但是，采用A5处理器的iPhone 4S、iPad 2仍然无法越狱。请在设备上检查 设置-&通用-&关于本机 中检查设备运行的固件版本，如果你的设备运行着旧版本固件，可先升到5.0.1再越狱。
1.，解压附件并打开redsn0w.exe 。　　2.点击图中按钮Jaibreak。 　　3.确保你的iOS设备是关机状态，并且数据线已连好电脑。 　　4.越狱过程先要进入DFU模式。具体操作过程有三步。首先，按住开关键数秒。之后提示字段会变灰，进入下一步。 　　5.之后，开关键别放开，并一起按住HOME键约10秒。　　6.最后，松开开关键 继续按住home键15秒。　　7.成功后会出现一些进度条。 　　8. 出现如下图界面时，勾选“Install Cydia”，开始安装Cydia到iOS设备。 　　9.等待一会，iOS设备上出现刷屏的英文，此时正在上传文件。　　10.两三分钟之后，手机会重新开机，就可以看见Cydia图标了。　　最后要多说一句，虽然越狱会为您的iOS设备带来一些之前没有的功能，但也可能导致系统不稳定、耗电量增大等问题，请根据自己需求选择。
