以万寿菊（Tagetes&erecta&L.）为试材，研究聚乙二醇（PEG）模拟干旱胁迫下外源一氧化氮（NO）和过氧化氢（H2O2）诱导万寿菊不定根形成过程中外植体超微结构的变化。结果表明，干旱胁迫下外植体细胞肿胀，细胞核变形，染色质凝聚并边缘化，线粒体内腔空化，叶绿体基粒片层结构逐渐模糊，粗面内质网扩张。在PEG&和NO或H2O2复合作用下，万寿菊外植体细胞排列紧密，叶绿体中清晰的基粒片层排列紧密，嗜锇颗粒较少，线粒体数目增多，双模结构完整，内嵴清晰丰富，粗面内质网结构正常，核糖体附着较多。可见，万寿菊外植体在NO和H2O2诱导下，细胞分裂旺盛，为分化的原始组织，并逐渐分化为不定根。因此，干旱胁迫下NO和H2O2通过诱导万寿菊外植体细胞分裂、细胞器结构完整和数目增多来促进其不定根形成。
